Stayed in their room for several weeks and was charged with a pet fee for a service dog,we were told we would be reimbursed fir the pet fee, but when time came to resolve the matter at hand Manager Lulu refused to reimburse. Per the conversation with other staff member is is a Colorado State Law ,so I responded telling her what she was doing was illegal and I was going to take it with ADA she got aggressive. NOW a year later I reserve a room for my ex husband which they took the money and upon check in they refused hi. the room we paid for. This is a 75 year old Retired Vietnam Veteran who just had hip surgery. This was unnecessary, to treat him this way as I was the one that had issues with the person. The treatment was wrong on so many levels , for her to take it out on this Elderly man was uncalled for. So my advice is to make sure you bring to their attention if you are traveling with a service animal of any kind ,according to Colorado Syate Law you can not be charged with a fee. Just be aware of this charge it is not right to be taken advantage off the Elderly.

It was close to where we needed to be. The other tenants were friendly, along with staff. If you're just needing a place to crash for the night, its decent. You can tell they used to pretty run down, but they're working on it! The neighbor... a little sketchy. I wouldn't stay there as a single woman, unless you're packing protection. Run down area. Most of the businesses around that area are completely abandoned. A few druggies sitting around. For the price of a regular hotel room: $80-90 it wasn't worth the price. The rooms are meh. The bedding, out dated and you get the vibes that you should check for bed bugs. Bathroom....lets just say I didn't shower there. Towels seemed...over used...Only had 2 lumpy pillows per bed (which are single layered spring beds pretty much.) But I think its newer management and they're trying to fix it up. Over all- I'd say a 3.

It was alright

Bad

Expedia is pretty useless as well, not stepping in to help us with the refund as well.
-
The room itself was clean and decent but the door lock didn't work right. I ended up just forfeiting my reservation and not staying here.

Nice place to stay

Very inexpensive but dated and dusty. Beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We attempted to check out before 7am and the office was locked up. So we dropped our keys off and left. Worth what we paid.

Worst room ever. Bed was a box spring with a foam pad. Shower trickled water. No flat surfaces to store or eat food. Had to keep all belongings on floor. Pillows crib size. Suspected drug activity in parking lot.

Staff was excellent. Place was well sealed from external pests, which was much appreciated since Pueblo seems to have issues at most hotels. Beds were clean and overall was great value for the low price.

The night attendant was sweet

If you don’t care about hair in the shower, rough towels, a bottle of coke soft drink under your bed … be my guest. I am sure this place hasn’t had a good clean up in a big while …
