Great property to stay at right next to Riverwalk and restaurants as well as Pueblo Memorial Hall.

Modern couches are UNCOMFORTABLE and hard as a rock.

Everything was wonderful, except when I went to get into bed, it almost looked as though someone had slept there. The sheets were a bit dingy and thin and wrinkled.

Cleanliness and the fact that it is new we were put in room 301 and it was against a very heavy traveled road with very loud motorcycles and annoying cars with loud mufflers or lack there of deep into the night.

Location was very loud. Walls are thin so there is a lot of noise from other rooms.

The room was clean and the staff was ok but didn’t go out of the way. The beds weren’t very comfortable and sheets were rough. My biggest complaint is we were charged a $70 fee for our dogs which was never disclosed. They just put it on our credit card after we left. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known they were going to do that.

It’s a breakfast was good. It was just a standard hotel breakfast. The location was awesome. I walked and had dinner on the river walk and then did a loop before the sunset. It was a great location.

Our stay was super brief. Parking is a bit limited so check in 1st then go park. Front desk lady was very professional & friendly.

My family and I went to stay there for a funeral. The room smelled so bad. Pretty much unbearable. Nothing could be done.
