Clean Tidy very well maintained Hotel Resteraunt was poor

the room was clean, good size, the bathroom was good. When we checked in, the room temperature was 27,5ºC, so I set the temperature at 20ºC and high fan. After 45 minutes, the room temperature was 26,5ºC. the A/C clearly was not working. I called the reception and ask for another room but the A/C there wasn't working either. I was informed that the A/C control was for the whole hotel and that the individual control panels (in the room) were not connected yet. I had to ask for a fan so we could manage to sleep. The night was not pleasant.

Anna /joanna the lady who worked on the bar was very nice and helpful Newly decorated room nice view comfy bed nice shower . Nice bar outside space and not to busy Having stayed here a few times before the change of owners some things have improved but many haven’t We had a delux room but the AC is on the wall you have to get up to control it .You can only go as low as 20 degrees but ours only went to 23.6 and was far too hot !! We asked for it to be fixed but never changed .let people choose their own temperature.! We asked for more milk for the room to be told it’s only 1 sachet per person per day ?? Who has decided that a guest can only have 1 coffee ?? I explained the coffee is strong anyway and you need 2 milk per cup but obviously someone has decided that’s how I have to drink it so we wasn’t allowed any ?? Not acceptable ! Reception staff very poor English and not very helpful ,3 staff on but a queue as only one serving .I asked to buy a water for my journey as we were leaving but told “there isn’t any “ How can a hotel not have water ? Decking around pool needs replacing old and worn Rude bar staff . This is a Ramada not a travel lodge!

Very friendly lovely decor , still needs some updating ie the sunbathing areas sun lounges and decking but on the whole excellent value for money had a great time Nothing

My last room was comfortable and clean. The location is central and close to the port. When it rains, the hotel Looses power and there is no ac and emergency lights are turned on in your room
