Breakfast was fabulous so much choice, our package was Select which waiters were serving but I thought it was much nicer to go to the main breakfast buffet and pick what we wanted and it was much faster. The head waiter at breakfast was rude to us and we also experienced him treating other guests badly, Housekeeping was always a trauma, when we left the room often for a long period of time the room would not be serviced, they took our towels and did not replace them and they also took the glasses from the bathroom and did not replace them. Soap & lotion dispensers were not checked so we did run out of same. Very poor housekeeping & serious attitude!! for the price of our Select Holiday Stay

Lovely hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast. Rooms and general areas very clean. While lovely and clean, hotel was much more expensive than the last time we stayed there.

The service at the pool are was slow and more difficult than necessary.

The hotel is located right on the beach which was so convenient and we didn't need to pay for the beach loungers as the hotel was right there. We booked the high floor suite which had an amazing view and was very spacious. The hotel put accomodated our request and gave us rooms next to each other which was great. Very clean and comfortable with great working Air-con. Live music every evening. The pool was well kept and clean and very aesthetic. It was the nicest smelling hotel I have stayed with nice floral scents everywhere including the bathrooms! We will be back ... Nothing - it was all amazing!

A fabulous hotel, absolutely everything you need to have a great holiday, couldn't fault it in any way, staff,, facilities and food, everything was superb, an extremely well run hotel, it's a credit to the management team! Will definitely be back!

Exceptional

The hotel is absolutely stunning all throughout the property. The staff was amazing, so friendly and made the best mojitos by the pool! Location right on the beach. Just felt so luxurious . The breakfast spread was the largest I have ever seen in all of my world travels. First girls trip here and we will be back! The eggs and other parts of “hot breakfast” were not really warm enough, but that didn’t bother me too much. You do have to put out a towel or something to reserve a pool chair before breakfast or most of them are taken even though there is a rule not to reserve them. Wish the spa for massages was open on the weekend, not just M-F. But really none of this made our stay negative in anyway. We truly loved it from beginning to end!

Breakfast very average for a top rated hotel. Poor English style breakfast items not cooked very well, also fruit selection poor and most not ripe.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Such a beautiful beach, crystal clear water, absolutely amazing to swim in. The hotel pools were spotlessly clean and so divine to swim in. We had such a good sleep in a gorgeous quiet suite. The view from the restaurant is exceptional and I could literally sit there all day looking out at the sea. The reception staff were extremely helpful. We had an abundance of restaurants, shops , coffee shops etc on our doorstep, we were literally spoiled for choice. Overall its exceptional. Bottles of water were provided in the room upon arrival. Given the price we were paying, I thought the bottles of water would have been replenished free of charge. Personally I would have loved a sauna and a jacuzzi, it's a personal preference but given the hotels exceptional location ...its probably not necessary. The manager of the restaurant was a little overwhelmed when a crowd arrived for dinner. They need to clear tables a little bit faster at key times.

Return visit says it all, looking forward to next time.
