The best holiday ever! It's our 14th time to return to this hotel. We missed only the 2020, during the pandemic (since the first time we discovered this hotel - back in 2011). What better way to celebrate my 65th birthday! N/A

Excellent as always. 5th time back to san Antonio. Aqua aerobics, best food on the Island, beach.. amazing. One of us had a stomach bug for a few days but tha. Wasn't the hotels fault I'm sure.

Loved the location Staff so friendly and helpful So much space in lobby and outside Lots of places to relax and chill I would have liked a kettle in my room A coffee lover!!

The view from the room was great and close to the sea, very quiet and relaxing. Could do with some updating and small fixes though The food was always cold, which made the stay unenjoyable, we ended up eating out after paying for half board. staff were not up to par - setting tables with spoons they took out of their pockets. Not enough milk jugs and only 1 hot water station for tea. And just not proactive at all

I like the hotel staff are amazing , friendly people. The cleaning staff are amazing Some staff need lessons to speak English as it’s a must for international hotel. The food is lovely but I like to point out the price difference when you buy drinks at the table differs from paying cash/card than adding to the room . It’s a lot cheaper paying by cash/card and I felt It was always forced to put drinks food charges to the room .

The bed mattress is uncomfortable..the doors bang closed so you can hear the neighbours ...also hear the toilet flush in the neighbours.
