My friend and I stayed here for a week and had the property to ourselves for most of our time here. Location was walkable to a few beaches, we appreciated the towels + beach bags, even took advantage of the bikes one day. Everyone was so nice and the light breakfast every morning was perfect. We loved the two cats on property and having the honor bar made it so easy to relax by the pool. If we find ourselves in Puerto Escondido again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again N/A

This property surprised me in so many ways. There was so much attention to detail and thoughtful surprises from the staff. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Tranquil, calm, eclectic decor, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, healthy breakfast. They always had great music playing in the background, blues or jazz. No boomboxes or your own music, and don’t ask them to put on your playlist. A tranquil oasis. Most places have absolute crap loungers around the pool, designed to torture your body. Conicarit had the MOST comfortable pool side loungers, and the pool, although small was like a breath of fresh air. We came during semana Santa and had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again. 10 out of10. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. A boutique gem. One small maintenance issue, the shower head was calcified and squirted everywhere. I asked for a plastic bag and some vinegar and wrapped the head and let it soak for a couple of hours and cleaned the holes with a small tool. Worked fine afterwards. We have hard water at home so it was not a big deal and gave me something to do. Everything else was awesome.

The place is very chill. Awesome staff and close to everything you need.

The staff was absolutely wonderful....there are two ladies in particular, Annahila & the second lady whose name I cannot remember that were so very nice and friendly. Though they did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, we managed just fine with the help of google translate. It was a wonderful stay at Casa Conicarit! Everything was great

The breakfast was simple but good. The location of the hotel was good. Close to restaurants but off of the main road in a quieter area of town.

The location is fantastic. Such a walkable neighbourhood with beaches and so many restaurants so accessible. They now have a coffee shop within the property as well. So many different areas within the property so nice to spend a week with a friend.

Clean, cool, hang a nice relaxed vibe We were the only guests so it felt a bit strange

The place is beautiful artsy and peaceful, with a super relaxing pool area and roof terrace. With full cooking facilities and honor bar, big room fridge, you could stay a long time here and be very comfortable. Having beach supplies free to use including umbrellas and coolers was really nice. Walkable to Carrizalillo beach, other beaches are better accessed with a car. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and grocery stores in walking distance. Beds huge and comfortable. Nothing

The compound was lovely and had everything you would need. We were lucky to have the entire place to ourselves during our stay. The staff was so wonderful and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was cleaned daily and they even brought us a light breakfast every morning. We loved having the pool steps from our room and lounging in the common areas. It was also very convenient being a very short walk to the bars and restaurants on the main strip. There were only two things that we didn't like. One was the size of the bathroom. The toilet, sink and shower took up a very small space. There was also no shower curtain so taking a shower in such a small space meant that water got everywhere. The bedroom was large and I wished they had taken some square feet from the bedroom to make the bathroom area bigger. The second thing we didn't like was the WiFi inconsistency. The WiFi would unexpectedly drop the signal. Sometimes this would last a few minutes, other times a few hours.

Large private rooms with lots of large community spaces (coworking area, kitchen, mediation/yoga area). Decor and overall vibe of the place was so cool! So many beautiful murals throughout the property and in the rooms. There were so many details that made us feel so welcome and at home! Worth the stay! Pool was very rustic, had it been more updated, likely would have spent more time there

We stayed at Casa Conicarit last year, we booked a week and ended up staying for three weeks. This year we flew to Cancun to discover the playa del carmen area, we didn’t like this area as it was full of all inclusive hotels and not many independent places to walk to. So, we booked a week at Casa Conicarit. We flew to Mexico City for 2 nights then on to Puerto Escondido. Once again, we ended staying here for 3 weeks. Located at the end of Rinconada strip. Walking distance to fabulous bars and restaurants, beaches where the sunsets amazing, we spent some time in zicotela at some fab yoga classes. Easy to get a taxi or jump in a collectivo. It’s room only, but they do provided breakfast, which always included orange juice, coffee, teas, toast etc. some mornings there were home baked cakes, ham and cheese sandwiches. There is everything you need here to self cater. There is a pool table, tv lounge, loads of different games to play. On the roof is a table tennis table, yoga mats, blocks, straps. They really have thought of everything here. The beds around the pool were comfortable. We work remotely and the staff would appear with refreshing cold drinks for us, the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but it worked for us inputting stuff. There is an Internet cafe round the corner with everything you need as a digital nomad. Generally, we managed to work ok at Casa Conicarit. Can’t fault this place, we were made to feel at home. Big hugs to all the wonderful staff there, Particulate Anji, who recognised us from last year. ? Perfect place in our opinion.
