Pool needs maintenance, air conditioning was barely working (not cold enough)

Súper friendly and helpful staff, large comfortable room with a great hot shower! I arrived after a very long day walking with a heavy pack and was able to cool off and relax with a swim. The pool area is lovely. Too bad I only stayed one night. It’s right on the highway so it’s a little noisy from the traffic, but I have yet to find a quiet place in Mexico. I didn’t really hear people in other rooms.

Size of room , bathroom all adequate . I was told by booking breakfast included it was not ,, Room was facing parking lot and street very noisy Asked for switch done available. Pool not well maintained many tiles have fallen off , not cleaned daily . Mens bathroom Toilet meeds Bottom toilet seal replaced it is a leaking mess all over the floor . Rest pf main areas all well kept .Staff helpful .

Comfortable beds and good AC Very loud traffic noise. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Property did not respond to a message request to be on the ground floor since I have mobility issues.

staff was okay Horrible location by a busy road with LOTS of heavy trucks. DEFINITELY not a quiet peaceful night.. the booking is for FOUR people but they only give you 2 towels and to get two more, you need to leave I.D The most dissapointing thing was the bad location...due to HEAVY traffic.

The cleanest room. And that’s it! I’ll never ever get back. The staff!!! The location.

Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. We found all staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area has a lot of good facilities. Its location is good for the airport and you can easily walk to the town centre and beaches but the proximity to the main road does make the front facing rooms noisy. However you know that before you book, so be aware. No coffee in room. TV on 2nd floor didn’t work due to weak signal.

2. Reasonably priced bar with good service 1. WiFi didn't reach certain rooms on the 3rd floor 2. The key for the room was jamming 3. Socket placement was bad. Socket in centre of the bed 4. Issues with the fee. Staff were unable to explain why I paid more and blamed it on Booking.com 5. No lamp in one of the bedrooms.

Everything about it was great. Staff very helpful!! Very close to airport, convenient. Good value for money.

the pool and common areas are mostly nice. no restaurant service, unless breakfast. Bathroom needs some improvements, gadgets to hang the towels. The closets would be better outside The staff is not very friendly Hotel doesn´t have enought towels for guests because many people from outside comes for a daypass and they use also the towels-
