Quiet area, and few minutes drive to the nightclubs. Appliance and furniture need to be update.

Good location in case you are not looking to find something in front of the beach. Staff is great. The few things I had an issue with was the rooster of a neighbor he wasn’t too loud but you can hear him and also the shower had a disturbing smell. Overall the family had a good stay and enjoyed the pool. There was a disturbing smell when showering like a sewer smell.

Showers!!! Super low pressure please fix it! Otherwise would have been a 10/10 stay

Rooms very clean and bed comfortable Staff friendly It’s is not a boutique hotel other than the size . Feel it has given up No loccitane toiletries which are mentioned in description. Shower gel dispenser in bathroom broken . Bathroom window broken and wouldn’t shut. Coffee & kettle on landing in morning but no where to store milk. Wifi atrocious they need to invest in boosters as restaurants on same road and in same area was super fast, Roof bar could be lovely but limited snacks and the Perspex around the pool was dirty . I resorted to splashing it every time I was in it to view sunset , It’s located on the main road so very very noisy day and night. Between the main town and la Punta . If you had the choice I would stay Ia Punta better vibe more restaurants and on beach.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. No internet. This wasn’t because the internet was down its because it didn’t reach my room and they didn’t fix it after 3 days of mentioning it. The staff were quite apathetic and didn’t really care at all. I will be seeking reimbursement as I had to end up paying for my own internet. The drinking water had to be purchased but the machine was broken. It’s located next to the main highway, not super pleasant. Pool looks better on the pictures than it actually is. It’s quite cloudy-coloured. Honestly I think there are much better options for similar price in La Punta, now having been there.

Nothing. Location. The hotel is 5 meters away from the busy highway; poor quality water ( smells like sewage), unstable wi-fi, without car you would have very hard time to access beach.

The AC, the view, and the pool area, staff was friendly Extra charge for soiled sheets, one of the bathrooms smelled like bleach constantly. Complimentary breakfast would be helpful

Elevator was not working, the hotel location is next to the main road which provides a lot of noise, and is on the opposite side of the beach. All of this needs to be described in their add to make an inform decision

Everything about this property was beautiful I didn’t like that the receptionist was always making comments for examples he asked about what was in our cooler for refreshments, it was unnecessary and it seemed like every time we walked out the door he had something to say.

The hotel facilities were very pleasant. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a nice shower and a balcony. The bed was also nice and comfortable. Service was good and staff did a good job. Air conditioning worked very well (and we needed it for the summer heat). The location. Despite seemingly in a great location, it just did not work for me. The hotel was hard to access even using our rental car. There is no easy or practical way to access the beach by walking given the hotel is on the highway and you would need to cross it every time. We had to use the car every time. In addition, the proximity to the road made it a bit noisier in the room but not particularly bad.

Helpful staff and not too bad location for the money you pay. - not clean bathroom and sink is located so uncarefully and the tap is so short that the water keeps just flowing on the shelf and floor - the only time I asked to use the sauna (ordered the night before), the staff couldn’t switch it on on time, so could not say about spa facility - swimming pool has a killer view, but the glass surrounding it is so dirty that it makes the whole pool look like it is filled with rain water - the restaurant doesn’t work, and it would be great if there were some prepared recommendations from the hotel about the closest breakfast place and the good restaurants - there is no public transport available, so again, it wouldn’t hurt if the staff could offer a few taxi service phone numbers

The bar man on the roof was very friendly and helpful Where to start. It was awful from start to finish. The room: when we arrived, every surface had a layer of dust. There was a bug cemetery throughout. It was as if no one had walked in there in weeks. Half a roll of toilet paper. No toiletries. Broken balcony door that didn’t close fully. 3 hangers. The staff: anything we needed (eg toilet roll or a towel, as some days housekeeping would take them away and leave none), would need to be asked multiple times. They would understand the request, say they would come up to the room with it, and then just never would. Amenities: The pool area is very tired. 4 old sun beds for the whole hotel, the glass is so filthy you can’t see the view anyway, the toilet was blocked up there one of the days. Overall not somewhere to spend an afternoon. The downstairs area was full of boxes and housekeeping stuff everywhere. Every morning there was a coffee jug in the hall, but usually with no mugs. It took us 4 asks to get a mug for the coffee. Location: you’re on a very busy road between the two areas - closer to Zicatela than La Punta. Easy to get taxis though.

The room wasn’t very clean. They have a beautiful view at the roof top but the windows aren’t clean so you can’t appreciate the city.

The location was to bad, they have a restaurant and they don’t use it, the location is not bad but the hotel is really bad The staff of the hotel doesn’t help in any way, they never want to offer something, they don’t have anything not even a coup of coffe, they offer used toilet paper, they didn’t let use the pool or the común areas because they where “making a video” is really crazy

Exceptional

Location location location, rooftop pool was very cool too It kind of sucks that although there is a restaurant in the hotel it was closed for the whole duration of our stay (6 days), in room storage vault was not available and even after repeatadly asking to get it opened nothing happened, we also asked everyday to get a shampoo because when we arrived it was empty, we got the shampoo finally on the last day of our stay.

Nothing was good This hotel is a SINGLE Star hotel with 3 or 4 star hotel PRICING!!! Traffic sounds all day and all night long The swimming pool was a reason for me to book this hotel. HOWEVER can’t see the ocean through the DIRTY glass at all. You have to stand up to see the water.. SO BAD. This hotel is a single star hotel with 3 to 4 star hotel price. I regretted to book this hotel. NOTHING WAS GOOD. Plus the towel this hotel provides are rags for cleaning floors. No shampoo for days even we asked. Eventually the shampoo was filled up in the container when I brought the container to the front desk. We were so unsatisfied with this hotel so we booked another hotel on the beach with the half priced with the water crashing sound going to bed and waking up with the wonderful sound. I will NOT and CANNOT recommend this hotel to NO ONE. You will regret if you book this hotel. SINGLE star hotel with 3 or 4 star hotel price!!!
