Very close to everything you could walk to the center and the beach

The room was a little small.

The hotel is across the street from the ADO station and like 10 minutes walking to the beach. The view it is beautiful in the morning to catch the sunrise. I did not like that there are too many stairs to get to the 5th floor. It was not too friendly for me because I have an injury and it was very hard to climb up. The wifi never worked.

There's a supermarket and a souvenirs fair near the hotel, and many restaurants. It is near the "Principal beach", but be aware that to go is a way down the street, and to go back to hotel, it will become a heavy uphill! The hotel view is really nice, but only from the 3-4 floor (the ones above the second pool). If you are not staying at those rooms, you can go there to take pictures. Parking lot is really small, and it seems that they also rent spaces to some telephony companies, as I could see many cars with stairs parked there (including at night, when I was back from visiting places, and there's no place to park my own car). This made me to park on the street, so be aware. There are little things in the hotel can bring us attention, like some lack of care; many visible cables, something that is easier and cheaper to fix, and can bring more value to the hotel.

love this hotel. Great pool, big comfortable room and best beds in Mexico. refrigerator Staff excellent. Great Sea view. Rooms on level 5 need a lift! A lot of late night Mexican pool party noise. The dogs and Parrot on the private floor need shooting. But have to say on balance, its the best place we stayed in Mexico.

We had a great view of the ocean. Clean room. Loved the hammocks outside of rooms. They have two pools if you are into that. Bed was cozy but pillows were just ok. Pretty close to the beach. Definitely easier to get places if you have a scooter or ATV :) They gave us new roll of toilet paper one day but then did not the next, which was an issue as we were both sick with food poisoning lol - easy fix if you ask them surely.

Great location and great staff. Hotel is rather old and the pictures of the room we reserved did not correspond to the reality. Towels need to be updated. There is not a table or desk in the room to use for work or use a computer.

Good location, close to main beaches about 10-15 minutes walk and about 1 minute from ADO bus station (just across the road). Good view from the room. Room a bit basic but with fridge and A/C and cleaned everyday. To reach the room there are some stairs, if you have mobility issue consider carefully.

The staff mostly spoke English. Walking distance to beach. I booked this place based on the many positive reviews. But I left disappointed. Room service got my order wrong several times. I had to send back food multiple times. It was disappointing considering this is supposed to be a luxury hotel.
