Guaminí Misión Hotel

The property itself is built as a Mision thus giving you that special treat of staying at a Mision like the Jesuits did years ago. The restaurant building is very well appointed , food and service were excellent. Kudos to Ricardo! the breakfast restaurant had a decent selection and you can see the Paraná river and the coast of Paraguay. The access streets to the Hotel are in really bad shape making the ride up to the entrance of the hotel very unpleasant.

Beautiful landscape, and the buildings are awesome, the room are simple but nice Our AC broke and we had to wait about two hours while they fixed it. Was very hot, other than that all was excellent

The grounds were stunning. The restaurant was excellent and the wait staff outstanding. We had a suite and the room was wonderful and spacious giving us an incredible value. We enjoyed the museum and a look at the history of the area. I can't think of a thing.

Beautiful hotel. Very relaxing. It is very well designed. You feel you are in a mission. The rooms are quite and very nicely decorated. The pool area is smaller than the picture shows but more beautiful. Very good choice. The hotel take tours/groups and it cannot manage the large number of people in the breakfast area. They have plenty of staff in the reception and other areas but only two people in the cafeteria. They run trying to manage but it is impossible. They run out of everything, tables are not clean in time etc. you can imagine. They need to improve the breakfasts service.

The hotel has amazing facilities with modern comfort and old flair as it was built within a ruin. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a beautiful and elegant design. All furniture is of the highest quality. The breakfast didn’t have enough variety of healthy options and the breakfast stuff was really not friendly. The pool are is very small and you cannot have any drink there. So if you are looking for a place to enjoy yourself in a resort like way, I would not go for this hotel.

The breakfast was fine but the staff were pretty useless. The larger pool needed cleaning badly. Next time I’d book at the falls which are 25 km away from this place.

The breakfast wasn't a 4* hotel breakfast. First time ever the staff didn't explain us anything and there was not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room.
