Territory of the hotel is very beautiful and the room inside is okay. For this price I expected more to be honest. Room was dirty. It is not super dirty but i would prefer less dust on the floor Breakfast was nothing outstanding, just an okay one. Pillows were not comfortable, not possible to lock a window when leaving the room. Water in the shower is not stable (going warmer/colder all the time without you changing it)

The breakfast was nice, they could add a bit more options for international tourists such as tomatoes.

The breakfast was well presented and had a wide variety of food options. The staff communicated in English via WhatsApp and responded immediately to my questions. Located a fair way away from main shops and restaurants.

I booked the hotel thinking it was close to the retail centre … the hotel was about 3–4 kms from the tourist resturant and bar area .. a 5000 peso taxi ride from restaurants etc .. the area was road ( motorbike ) and dog noisy .. the hotel had werkmen doing repairs from 7 am .. breakfasts were basic .. don’t expect consumed item to be replaced for breakfast … all up cheap and cheerful .. old and basic .. The shower ( no bath ) was a stream of cold water for the first 5 minutes .. then the challenge became heat regulation

The pool was very nice and enjoyed the empanadas. Cold water in the shower the first night. Lots of barking dogs.

Room and bathroom were comfortable and big. Fast food offered at the property was good value and quality was pretty satisfactory. Staff were lovely to deal with. Water pressure from the shower was weak. Location was far from main part of the town.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool is a nice touch. It was very helpful to have 24-hour reception. The place is rather far from the city center, so dining out isn't easy.

The room was spacious and clean. It is a two-story room which not good for people with mobility issues, but it was perfect for us. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful getting us transportation for tours and for the airport.

The breakfast was very good. The common facilities, bar and pool area were nice. Reception staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. While the common facilities were at the 3-4 star level, the room / apartment was at the 2-3 star level in terms of appearance, bed comfort and furniture quality. Noisy, creaking stairs between main level, where bathroom was located and bedroom area, was an inconvenience, waking family members during the night.

Great value for money if paying in pesos. Great breakfast. Far away from bus terminal wish I had booked something closer to avoid depending on taxis and walked instead.

The cleanliness level was not very good (crumbs, dust, etc), the bed was not comfortable and the furnishing/interior design of the room was not nice. The breakfast options were not good, the fruit was bad quality and some of it was rotten, the cheese had been left sitting outside and was melted, and the juice was watered down.

I wanted to be able to order something extra for breakfast. For example, an omelet 2. Several steps, it is difficult to lift the baby carriage 3. I wanted to use the pool earlier than 9 a.m., about 7 o'clock

The staff were extremely helpful as a go-between to help us book a tour with a local agency. They went above and beyond to assist us. The facilities were VERY clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, with fresh pastries, meat, and fruit. All the staff were amenable and friendly. It is located in a neighborhood with a fair bit of traffic during the day. At night, it was quiet, but could be noisy during the day.

We were in Puerto Iguazu for just one night, and this hotel certainly met our expectations. There was an exceptionally clean pool, which we were not able to use during our short stay, but it looked inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful, ordering cars and recommending activities. The property is secure and a short taxi ride to the town center and Iguazu Falls. Would have been nice to be able to walk to central plaza, but other than that, this was a great hotel.
