Comfortable room in a great location. TV difficult to operate and couldn’t get anyone to help us exit out of someone else’s Netflix account. They tried but no one could actually do it.

- central location (bus station across the road) - big hotel with meat restaurant and pool - spacious room - at least the room where I stayed (2 floor) quite old - dusting could have been done better - 2 complimentary bottles of water but no bottle opener - not enough amenities (no slippers, no toothpaste and brush) - soap/shampoo dispensers don’t work properly - checkout at 10:00 am (though not critical for typical waterfalls itinerary, you can leave your baggage)

loved the pool and that la cabrera is located within the hotel. i had a spa treatment that was less than good. I was left alone for 20 mins without being massaged or treated in any way in a very cold room. I couldn't believe it. while my neice who had the same treatment at the same time from another masseuse had a great experience and was massaged the whole time.

The pool area is great. Every day they would clean the pool and jacuzzi. Play pool for kids. Great. Could not figure out tv.

The staff could benefit from better training in customer service. For example, the reception staff did not seem very welcoming and rarely smiled.

Maybe the cleaning staff should pay more attention on changing the towels. Our floor towel hadn’t been changed and face towel hadn’t been replaced.

Room is very modern, nice view, big tv. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, flexible and nice. At the reception, spa, pool, restaurant, room maid, really everybody going the extra mile.
