The bedroom was tiny, bathroom super small, kitchen needs lots of fixing, the whole facility can use some fixing up

Comfortable stay, 5 min walk to bus station. Small pool with nice garden. Pingpong table and also seating under the roof, if it is raining. Common kitchen with big share fridge. The bed was softer, than I would like. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Esequil was very attentive. Whole place has more Bed and Breakfast feel, no young people, so no loud parties. Older building. The whole place need some refresh, painting and repairs, then it will become gem. We get big room next to the kitchen and sometimes you can hear people talking.

The location was good I changed hostels after the first night - it is very old and dirty - they did not change the sheets after I checked out (ppl who stayed an other night in the hostel were in the room when they just rearranged the bed without changing the sheets) - there was no water in the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - everything just felt dirty and old (mattress, sheets that come off the mattress as soon as you lay down, pillow) - air-conditioning existed but was very loud and old - window doesn't close all the way

The room is big, with a lot of space! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is good- close to the bus terminal but in a quiet area. The pool, especially after a long hot day in the park was wonderful things to come back to, refreshing and relaxing. The ac is an old thing, noisy when it works. The private shower was so small. The kitchen.. lets say I opened the doors of the cabinets looking for something and I have seen it was not been used or cleaned in the last decade.

I do not recommend staying here. It is dirty, the bed linen is torn and not clean. It smells like sewage.

Nice quiet hostel, really close to the bus station and all of the staff were really lovely. Appreciated having a lot of space in the room as well!! Maybe not as social as the other hostels in the area if that is what you are looking for.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The garden and the pool are nice. There was no toilet brush, therfore the bath wasn't that clean.

great location - very close to the bus terminal and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom in our room had the most disgusting smell from the drains. I know this is an issue in many hostels in South America but this was the worst we encountered in 3 months across 6 countries. Not only that but when the shower, sink or toilet were used water would leak out from the fixtures and flood the bathroom. This seemed to be a known issue by the staff. When we reported it they offered to give us a new room but, since we were only staying one more night, we did not take it. We were given a mop to deal with the water. The windows in the room and en suite did not close fully/did not create a seal. As such, I found numerous ants all over the room which was not great. The refrigerators in the communal kitchen were extremely dirty and we did not feel safe leaving food in there over night. The actual fridges need a thorough deep clean and there were half eaten sandwiches, packets of meat, etc sitting on the shelves uncovered and not on plates or in containers.

The staff promise to prepare the breakfast at 6.30am but finally he can't make it, so we didn't enjoy the breakfast. That evening when we checked in the hostel, we found out there have no water supply in the hostel. After we make the complaint, the staff called the maintenance to fix it at night and he told us that whole day no water supply in the hostel. We wonder why the staff didn't solve it immediately when it happen.
