Breakfast had variety, but nothing exceptional. Disengaged staff.

Staff super friendly and welcoming TV reception was very slow,

Location was good. Hotel a bit dated. Views great. AC cannot be adjusted and you have to tell staff to increase or decrease temps. Staff made mistake when I asked for a certain temp and room was super hot at night, so make sure you ascertain what temps you have before going to bed.

The balcony ocean views were stunning

We were extremely happy with this hotel. The location is perfect with wonderful ocean views. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

The view from the room is nice and the location is right on the beach and near the center of the town. The room we booked was not the same room that was shown in the photos. It was really disappointing and uncomfortable because the double/twin room in the photos describing it had one single bed and one double bed that we needed for a small kid. Unfortunately, the room was a classic twin room, and the staff at the reception didn't want to help or clear this situation, which is classic false advertising. They offered a triple room above the restaurant for an additional cost. The hotel in general, seems pretty tired and could use a refresh in all segments. The breakfast is very simple and borderline bad, with the same basic things every day - soggy scrambled eggs, basic ham and cheese (one variety each), a few pastries, cereals, coffee and juice and just a few other things.

Clean, comfortable room. Good internet. Julieta at the front desk was tremendously friendly and helpful. Really appreciated her advice and care. The restaurant was excellent. Lots of tasty options. The breakfast could have been more varied. Pretty similar day after day. But there did offer gluten free options which was nice.

Modern hotel right by the costanera and beach of Puerto Madryn. Has a parking garage. Spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly! The breakfast is not 4*. Needs a bit of an improvement to match 2025 expectations. For example fresher scrambled eggs (not the ones sitting out 3-4h), fruit salad, better coffee…
