The hotel and room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a mini-fridge and safe in the room. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the ocean, and we were able to see whales (with binoculars) from the balcony throughout our stay. The hotel is able to request taxi service and the breakfast was free. There are a couple of restaurants across the street from the hotel, one of which was quite good. We could also walk to the EcoCenter and easily access the beach. It was too far from the city center, necessitating a 30 minute walk or taxi. The room had a weird layout with a little "alcove" that had a sink but no mirror that was more awkward than useful. Not a deal breaker but just something to be aware of. The wifi (at least on the 7th floor) was spotty and unpredictable. Breakfast was fresh and canned fruit and a lot of pastries, lunch meats, and cereals. The fresh fruit salad was rancid on the first day and clearly had not been tasted. I didn't try it again. It would have been nice to have more hot and healthy options. We had room service once. The food wasn't worth it. My friend didn't even eat hers. She had ordered Scallops Au Gratin ($18), which consisted of what appeared to be canned pea sized scallops dumped (water and all) in a pan, covered in cheese, and then baked. It was grey, unflavored, and watery. I ordered a Shrimp Salad ($15), which was 5 cold shrimp on a small bed of old arugula with a spoonful of cold canned mushrooms and 3 slices of rancid palm heart. No dressing. It was barely edible, and I had to spit out the palm hearts. The worst thing was, when we went to checkout, the hotel tried to charge me $7 (USD) more for the salad and my friend $6 (USD) more for her scallops than the priced listed on the menu. I had to get the menu and take it to the front desk to point out the discrepancy (which they acknowledge and eventually fixed). Additionally, they tried to charge us local taxes on the hotel stay ($150.00 USD worth). Booking.com's website clearly states that if you have a foreign ID and credit card (which we had as we are not Argentine citizens) you won't be charged local taxes. It took the better part of 30 minutes and us finally going to the manager to get the bill corrected. In short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Spectacular views to the Ocean Parking

It’s a big hotel on the beach, with parking. Large rooms with sea view. Our room had a broken lock for the balcony visit. Slept with door open, not a problem as it was warm Breakfast was fairly standard, but still least there are fruits or fruit salad

Location- a bit far from city center

The view. The rooms are large, the beds are comfy. They are acceptably clean, although I would expect a 4* hotel to iron bedding and ensure there is no hair in the clean sheets. The staff doesn’t reply to booking.com messages. The crib I requested was never provided even though I requested, confirmed via message AND at check in. Breakfast is just a lot of bread - there is no proper food. Scrambled eggs and greasy bacon are not food. Check out at 10:30 is ridiculous, blocking your key at 10 am is unacceptable. Loud parties are apparently welcome at 3 am, not stopped.

The hotel is very spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The indoor pools are part of the spa and are not included with the room fare; however the price is reasonable

Breakfast was great with assortment of pastries, eggs and bacon. Near restaurants and beach. Tour company onsite was nice to have. Easy to communicate with for any reason. Friendly staff and all very helpful! The gym was too small with just few weights.

The WiFi in our room didn’t work the entire stay and the telephone also didn’t work the whole time so if we needed anything we had to go down to reception because we couldn’t call

The view and cleanliness. And the staff. Too far away from all the facilities. Spa is not included, and you have to pay extra. Very poor wifi. Old hotel.

Attached spa has very reasonable prices and nice facilities. Some, but not all, of the hotel staff were kind and helpful. This was a disappointing stay and the hotel does not deserve the star rating it has. Check in was difficult - first room was the wrong type, second was quite dirty. No pillowcases and hair all over pillows, sheets stained, extra blanket in closet also covered in hair; when I asked for replacements, I was given wet pillowcases, a duvet with no cover, and another hairy blanket. The room generally needs updating: carpets need a deep clean, curtains are falling down, there is no electrical outlet available in the room (I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone), no coffee/tea amenities provided, wifi did not work at all in room. No furniture on balcony to be able to enjoy the view, and you can't see the sea from inside the room due to the solid balcony wall. A lot of noise passes through the connecting doors. Breakfast is decent, but there is no option for takeaway if you are leaving on very early tours. The hotel location is quite far from the center, so expect a 30+ minute walk each way (longer if you're going to the north end of the center), and there aren't many options for food nearby. You may also always be the first person to be picked up and last person to be dropped off on tours due to this location. I wouldn't return.
