Our favourite place we’ve stayed on our whole 6 month trip! The staff were instantly warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome! They then upgraded our room and it happened to be my birthday so they were so friendly! Later they gave us a free bottle of Champagne for my birthday which was so nice! The room was big and the bed was so comfortable. The rest of the facilities were lovely also. Such a nice place with the friendliest staff, always willing to help and smiling all day long! Nice clean room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good secure parking The heater in the bathroom was on (And we couldn’t turn it off). This made the room hot. The pillows were either hard or lumpy.

The hotel has a good location. The staff is friendly. The lobby is beautiful and smells good. The pool looks good. The room was unhygienic; there was hair in the shower, in the sink and on the trash can. The room didn't felt clean at all. We had no towels and we only had shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel. We made two tours (booked in advance via the internet); they both contacted the hotels, we received a note from the first tour, but they didn't tell us about the second tour, but the time schedule changed and we woke up more than one hour to early (at 6.30 AM while we could have used some more sleep).
