Clean rooms,,great staff, swim up bar was amazing! Access to beach within feet!!!! Breakfast was great, for the included breakfast they can have more variety!

The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms and only gave me 3. Refuse to refund me . We requested lower levels or at least all In the same floor as we were traveling as a family ,we got them 1 in the 5th floor 3rd floor and second floor. At check out said they never took a deposit and they had taken $480 but couldn’t find it . Literally every part of the stay was terrible . They said they didn’t have valet parking but the guy outside said if we pay tune $500 pesos that he can tell receptionist to give it to us and then paid $30 each car for valet . I been staying at this hotel plenty of times in the past . Absolutely will never stay here again. Not sure how it changed so much in 1 month since our last stay was in early June of this year and in July it’s totally changed. Never never never again!!!! My room was notl ready until 5 pm

Location was beautiful. Call ahead and make sure they are not having construction. We had loud construction outside of our window for our entire stay. Also do not book here if you need WiFi. The wifi does not work. We were without phones and iPads for the entire stay.

Excellent place very central and it is not at the foot of the beach but you walk a little and the views from its space are perfect

The beach and the pool are were great. The quality of the food served for being a resort is below expectations. Breakfast was served luke warm, rubbery pancakes, chilaquiles tasted like tomato instead of red chile. The oatmeal tasted good but was luke warm.

When I book my room was one price and when I got to the hotel was a different price in the parking is far from the hotel unless you willing to pay more I was very unhappy.

The policy about the coolers close to the pool

Honestly, everything it was a really good place. Would honestly go back again friendly staff free breakfast The bar was good. The drinks was good. The pool area was nice and clean like how they had a side gate. To go to the ocean. definitely coming back.

Only problem I had was about my pets. I made sure to choose a pet friendly place to stay and even check marked traveling with pets, however when I went to check in they told my since I was on the balcony they didn’t allow pets unless it was lower level. I put my part on the website to let them know before booking, since it was full capacity there was nothing they could do. Had to leave my dogs somewhere else, which in my opinion made it a little more stressful, everything else was fine!

The view was amazing. The swim up bar was nice and the drinks were priced good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Some of the staff we not nice, they never came to our room to see if we needed anything. The only gave us one wash cloth. The food was over priced and horrible. We had to leave the resort to get food.

Clean

Loved the beach and pool. The room the ac' was not working. We were moved to another room and it was a little better but the cleaning lady had to call maintenance because it was still hot in the room while she was cleaning. We spent most of the time out so by the time we were back to the room at night the temperature was better. We reserve a masters for our wedding anniversary which it was nice and big but very expensive and didn't have the air conditioning working.

Pool area was very comfortable and the room nice. Just the access to the beach wish they would be direct and not through the rough sand.
