Nothing Room was dirty, grounds and pool dirty. Staff rude, asked us to leave the property upon complaining our room was dirty (tortilla chips on the bed and floor, hairs under the bed cover, staind sheets, dirty toilet seat).

How close it was to the beach Parking

It took a long time for the water to get hot. Also I would have liked coffee maker in room. The pool did not look clean.

Fernanda was super nice and so helpful with our questions and was very patient with my poor Spanish. She was very friendly and made being in a foreign country with a foreign country easier. The property is very unique and not like other hotels. Our "room" was actually a suite of two bedrooms and a living room. And it cost 100US per night. And it is one block from the beach. Each bedroom had two night stands and a large dresser for unpacking your clothes. The queen beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower with great water pressure. The living room had a couch, a tv, a mini fridge and a microwave. It is hard to describe how the units are laid out. Looking at the pictures on the website would be better. But I loved it. And there are grills you can use as well . The pool is very nice too. I would definitely stay there again. Sandy Beach is one block away. It's 90% sand with small patches of rock in the ocean. We were fine without water shoes, but you may want to bring them. Lots of space on the beach to have a catch, play football, volleyball, etc.

Very clean rooms, amenities exactly liked pictured and all staff members are so nice and welcoming, especially Fernanda. A little harder to find but was able to eventually.

Great location close to many beaches. The rooms were great updated and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately parking is a bit tight but I do have a larger truck. Fortunately the staff was able to accommodate and make it work for us!

Five minutes from the beach The grill at pool needs to be cleaned

Nice room, clean quiet. Good protected parking. Nice bistro lights and good facilities that just needed a bit more attention. Pool was green, dirty water unwelcoming. Shower had very little water pressure. Hallways, stairs and upper decks were dirty.

The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Check in was simple and fast. I recommend the stay its like 8 minutes away from the beach. Everything was great!
