We found clothes under the sheets of the bed. Means they weren't changed. That was disappointing, we had to wash everything before we used it to make sure it was clean. The mirror in the master bath was broken, the drain in the hall bath didn't drain. The elevator was not opening on the desired floor.

It was perfect and friendly

The two windows to the two apartments rented had a lot of light coming through the windows because of the outside light. The staff covered the windows for us in order to be able to sleep. I really appreciate that. The light outside of the windows. The bathrooms did not have a lot of light so we had to improvise.

Upon arrival we were great as we arrived later then our check-in time we were walked to our rooms and staff helped us settle in when we opened the room we were in complete shock how Beautiful everything is we will definitely be booking again .

It is a beautiful location and the condo is beautiful inside. One of the showers mixing valve was broken and it came out scalding hot and burned us since we had no idea. The ocean is a little walk or drive but it is easily accessible. The pools are great and the staff is friendly.

Our concierge didn't respond to our needs like additional towels and toiletries.

There is no house keeping.. Requested my condo get cleaned and they charged me additional $40 dollars..However , they never told me about the additional $40 charge until I saw my credit card..

A short walk to the beach, has 3 different pools and the staff is very friendly.

The location was great. The property was beautiful The beds were very uncomfortable. The room has the previous guest's hair everywhere. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. The wash and dryer did not work properly

Above and beyond service concierge Carmen was awesome. There wasn't anything to complain about.

White sandy beaches, friendliness of the staff, provided good service (i. e. provided towels when asked)

Extra fees at last moment and so many rules and that the lights went off more than 2 times

I recently stayed at this condominium and, unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. One major issue was that the elevators were not working throughout my stay. Being placed on the fifth floor, I had to climb up and down the stairs five to six times a day, which was quite exhausting. Additionally, on the last day of my stay, the electricity went out, and there was no water for several hours. To make matters worse, the check-in process was very difficult. The phone number provided for check-in was not working, and I had to find alternative ways to contact someone for assistance. This resulted in me waiting outside the condominium for 45 minutes in the heat before I could finally check in. These inconveniences significantly impacted my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Exceptional

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We loved the rooftop lounge!

The property was clean and well maintained. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but overall it was a great place to stay. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach. It was a bit of a trick. If you were going to haul a lot of stuff I’d bring a wagon.

I didn't like there is not enough lights in the play area

Drinking coffee at the balcony, the security always parking space nearby

beds where comfy, but curtains did not cover all the light specially on the hallway so you can always see the lights the building was under construction, so was very dusty and not finish, It was frustrated to have to ask for toilet paper few times until somebody finally deliver it,

Everything was good will actually love the view :)
