Property is in a good location. Very close to attractions. The windows don’t close properly. It is so loud that you can hear the motorcycles reving all day and night. You can hear people talking and screaming. I felt like I was sleeping outside.

Extremely easy access, close to popular spots, the central park, church. Parking spots are a bit complicated, even though the hotel has its own, after the car was parked, the door was locked and we couldn't leave until next morning. Also, do not expect additional luxury, it has AC, Beds, etc... no hot water

Great location, just one block from the umbrella street and a few minutes walk from the main square. Friendly staff. Quite modest accommodation and no hot water but great value for money.

I like how my room was cleaned I always have situations with the Front Desk Staff personnel after making the reservation online They Didn't have the room that I wanted where I had stayed before It seems to be a language barrier with communication The price is cheaper online but after the Booking Reservation code when I show the Front Desk they DON'T honor it or give you the original room

The staff was really welcoming and explained me something about the city. The WiFi and the cleanliness could be better

Really a lot of things. First, I booked a Standard Twin room and they gave me a double and they told me that if I wanted the standard Twin room (The one that i reserved) I had to pay an additional cost. On the other hand, the sink had a water leak and the showers are very uncomfortable.

Location, easy refund, free soap and Chinese condoms. One window that doesn't work. No worries you can look under the door to see who is at your door. No need to open the door either. 56k modem speed Internet if you even get Internet at night. Loud noise from motorcycles 18 hours a day and people partying at the hotel or singing. No HOT water and one switch to turn all the lights on and off. Great place to borrow a bed for a couple of hours.

In the center of the tourist area in Puerto Plata. Loved it. And staff is great.
