We were there as a Family and the staff send us out of the pool and we did nothing wrong, On there page it says the pool is for Family, That I did not like

I liked the breakfast and I liked the pool a lot. The hotel also offered plenty of space. There were random nights where some guests were making too much noise in their rooms which made it difficult to sleep. The other guests were younger kids that were part of a college group and should have been put kn a floor all by themselves. Also, I did NOT like that Puerto Vallarta allows so much push for tourism and that Resort sellers wait outside of the airport to advertise to you, and want to monitor you from the airport to you room and your entire stay. I will never buy a membership or invest in a timeshare. I just don't do that.

The location was perfect! Close to airport, we walked to it! Near grocery store, again walking distance. The pretty marina with restaurants and shops was minutes away and local quaint restaurants for tacos were just around the corner from your location.

We were very pleased with this hotel located close to the Puerta Vallarta International Airport. We stayed here the day we arrived before going to our hotel in Mismaloya and the day before we left for home. It is a bit of a walk but definitely doable from the airport for two seventy-somethings. They do have a shuttle service that will take you back to the airport and this is very convenient. The room was nice; the beds good; and the breakfast good. The hotel is in an excellent location close to a supermarket and shopping. We will stay here again when we go to Puerta Vallarta. No complaints; all was good!

Convenient for groceries and other stuff. Easy access. And the staff are very accommodating. I like how coz the receiving area is… very welcoming. We don’t have view from our room.

Location on the beach. Front lobby is very good. Staff are friendly. Room is old. Beds are cramped and hot. Install queen beds. The beds in a much cheaper hotel in PV were much better. Food for vegetarians was awful. Introduce better options for vegetarians. Some room staff don't understand english at all.

The hotel was great - breakfast was huge and the gym was decent. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the airport. The rooms are advertised to be 3 person rooms but the pullout couch is AWFUL. The rooms sleep 2 people and one person gets to lie awake in pain and discomfort.

Clean, convenient distance to the airport. Buffet was delicioso as well. No cups in the bathroom.
