Got a room with balcony on sea side. Bed was good, cleanliness great (they replaced carpets with hard floors so it can be cleaned thoroughly now) and balcony was nice. The only drawback was the ceiling in the bathroom which was some kind of rusty metal sheets that had some mold. Also, I could hear the other room extremely good when they used the bathroom. Staff was excellent though, as well as the breakfast. Bathroom ceiling was rusty and had mold. Also sound isolation between bathrooms is bad so I could hear other guest do the poo poo time.

The shower was broken and the room was not modern

Lovely place with great swimming pools for kids, not too crowded. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Food is delicious and staff is so professional and welcoming! Special kudos to Rosa ( bartender) and Milica, excellent customer service skills! ☺️ We’ll definitely come back!

Venice is about 3 hours away by car and is a wonderful day trip destination. Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location for the so-called beach - as well as a starting point for excursions inland and along the coast of the peninsula. Hygiene is at a very high level. The food is extremely varied and excellently prepared - both breakfast and dinner. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Cons: Air conditioners are very cheap and therefore VERY VERY NOISY - regardless of the air conditioner settings. It's hard to sleep with the air conditioner on. This is definitely a problem. In addition, there are no mosquito nets and even if you want to sleep with an open window, a different problem arises...

I loved the food. There were many different options each day, so there was never a worry that you couldn’t find something to eat. The faculty and staff was very nice and professional, kept the place very clean and comfortable. The pool and the outside area was also very nice.

The hotel looked friendly and clean, the bed was comfortable, the food choices were good, and there were plenty of options and the pool was nice. Room doors didn't close properly, so there was light coming from the hallway, and it was quite noisy because of the same reason, shower was quite small so if you moved in it you would just turn it to hot/cold side or just shut it off completely, when coming back from outside the room smelled really bad(don't know if it's from the AC because it was being used before we left), AC remote was hard to operate(clicking on mode and selecting cool didn't work but just fan mode did, and then after leaving the AC on cool mode off it just turned itself on after 3 minutes)

Good food, accessible for disabled, seaside view, friendly staff, close to the sea, available parking. Stuffy hallways, noisy AC in room, no free water during dinner, noisy outdoors, people parking cars in the way of wheelchair accommodations.

The food is absolutely top, five-star level. We got breakfast and dinner included from the start, and that was the right decision. The animators are great, my daughter spent all the time she could at the kids club, she liked it a lot there. Pool is okay. The sea is close, and the path to the beach is comfortable, with a lot of shadow. Although they say you cannot book a place at the parking lot, it is not a problem, as the space is ample, and you can also park under the trees (which I did all the time). The rooms are somewhat lacking; I cannot say they were dirty as the cleaning was regular, yet there were permanent dirty spots on the floor carpet, it wasn't nice. The balcony was okay, but the room itself is not spacious at all, and if you need to do some work on a laptop, you need to go to an armchair in the hall - the table they have is tiny. No kettle. And while the food was really good, I was disappointed with the tea they offered - the cheapest Franck teas from Kaufland; like, I understand that Croatians do not generally drink tea, and so they do not care, but that shit is hardly drinkable, and I expected more for the big money I paid.

Breakfast and dinner excellent - a lot of choice, something for everyone. The room was super clean and with the great view at the surrounding area. Staff was nice and helpful. The bed was too hard, I was constantly waking up because of pain. Second thing I really didn't like was the fact that my expensive bracelett dissapeared after the cleaning the second day. I should put it in a sef (which is in a room), but I trusted the stuff, so... :/ Third thing - there is an unwritten "rule", that the guests put their towels at the sunchairs by the pool first thing in the morning, which, I believe, should be forbidden. Afterwards, they come to the pool at the late afternoon, and think, that the sunchairs are their.. I had problems to find any free sunchairs, so eventually I had enough and went to swim in the sea.
