Property has a wonderful position surrounded by pine woods and very close to the beach. It's by camp area. Personnel is very polite. Food is tasty and there's something for everyone. My room was a big one with a nice view toward pool, restaurant and the see. TV didn't work properly. They apologized saying it's some issue with antenna and there was no person who would solve the problem on Saturday night. (?!…the hotel is 4* one) I didn't realize that they are taking 100€ of deposit in case you accidentally damage the furniture. I think they should be more transparent in their description preparing their guest to be charged an extra money which they promised to be refunded immediately, if everything is as it has to be.

We liked people, location and nature. Breakfast could be better organized. Parking lot is excellent but if you cruze around you can lose spot, but there is a lot of other places in same street.

Exceptional

We chose this hotel for short weekend trip and we enjoyed it. I liked the spa very much, and it was really nice that you can book it and visit it with the whole family. Also, the location is good, as it pretty close to Kamenjak nature park and other attractions that you can visit during your trip to Premantura. No comments to add

Good location, nice backyard with pool, peaceful area, free parking, excellent food, clean rooms with lovely view from balcony. Polite and helpful personnel.

Superb

The localization was good. The food was delicious especially dinners, waiters were very nice and helpful. The apartament was large and clean. The pool was open to outsiders and sometimes they were too loud.

Nice and quite new hotel located at the edge of Premantura right beside the camping site and just a hundred meters from the nearest sea shore (it was nicely visible even from our balcony). Room was super tidy and although we had some issues with refrigerator hotel staff dealt with it promptly. Big plus is a salt-water swimming pool. Hotel restaurant was also good. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Price was maybe a bit steep, but it probably relates to rising prices generaly. At the end it was well worth it and we enjoyed our stay a lot and we will probably return as Premantura and Kamenjak park (at the oposite side of small town Premantura) is a beautiful place to spend vacation.

Nice beaches. Good location. Near to the Kamenjak and center of Premantura. Poor breakfast for 4* hotel. Bad smell from the bathroom. Housekeeper took our towels and did not replace with new ones. Hotel pool is also used by people from nearest camp. Too expensive for what they offer...

Exceptional

The hotel is located at the limit of the village of Premantura out of the noise and confusion, close to the woods. The personnel was extremely helpful and kind. The room was very big with a very nice view and a terrace to enjoy the panorama. We spent the day in the Kamenjak park and then relaxed in the swimming pool of the hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel, everything was very good and correctly priced. Breakfast was very abundant.

The staff were, indeed very friendly and helpful! The red head in the restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was decent, especially compared to beach venues and nearby restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean and the air conditioning worked well. There was paring directly in front of the hotel entrance. In general, the place is ideal if you want to be in a quiet place to get some work done or catch up on sleep! This is not a resort, it is simply a hotel with a pool and restaurant. As the area looks rather quiet, this property caught my attention because it is listed as a resort with a bar and live music/performance. I was excited for a beach resort vibe with music, drinks, and a fun party atmosphere! There is no bar at the property and there was no live music/performance. The restaurant closes at 10pm and takes the last food order around 9pm and after that, there is nothing to do, but drink your own drinks alone on the balcony. As it is not a resort, it does not feel like a resort. The atmosphere is more like that of a "Дом Отдиха" (Soviet style rest house) for seniors. I wouldn't normally comment on the location, but if you do not get a room with a view of the pool, you will be looking at a campsite across the street.

Clean, small and friendly hotel just next to a good camping. You just need to walk throught camping to reach the beach (5mins). Surrounding nature is amazing! Several other beaches within 10-15 mins on foot, so location is great. Pool is also good, not so overcrowded as previous comments mentioned (at the end of June). Kitchen is ok for dinner/lunch, tasty and not overpriced, staff is really friendly and helpful. Apartman is spacious, and have good fridge and a small tea-kitchen on top of it with electric kettle, coffee and tea. Very useful! TV is big enough, too. Beds are comfy. The breakfast :( Cheeses and hams are fine, but buns and breads are dried out and tasteless, orange juice is watered down and cofffee machine produces almost water. Fortunately is was out of order most of our time so we could have good coffe from bar. Every day was same old buns...It's pity because we booked hotel instead of an apartman because of breakfast, so it was a sad point to us.

We loved everything! Starting with the very kind staff and continuing with the excelent accommodation! The food and breakfast was absolutely wonderful ❤️ We had a room with garden view and the pine trees were keeping shadow to our balcony. Just wonderful! We are very grateful for everything ❤️
