We had a pleasant stay at Villa San Rocco Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The warm atmosphere and personal attention added a nice touch to our stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. When we arrived at around 2:30 PM, our room was not yet ready, which was quite frustrating, especially as we were traveling with a 5-month-old baby. Having to wait in the lobby for our room to be prepared at that time of day seemed unreasonable. Additionally, most of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit difficult. Better preparation in these areas would enhance the overall experience.

Breakfast is amazing and the family running the business is really nice. Villa is located in the center of Medulin which is a good spot for visiting coast of Istria. Internet connection in our room was not the best.

Very friendly staff. I was the only guest in the building for most of the stay, and they prepared me personal breakfast every day. The owner helped organize a taxi for me to/from Pula because I didn’t have a rental car. Location of the villa is perfect walking distance to local restaurants and the marina. No free airport shuttle as listed. Shower was cold. Bed was not so comfortable. One light in the bathroom was not working, so it was super dark. (Villa 13)
