Safari Resort

Overall Experience: Enjoyable and well-organized, but different from a traditional wilderness safari. Limited food options ( no Arabic breakfast variety) and subpar accommodation maintenance) significantly detract from an otherwise enjoyable location and concept, and would influence the decision to return or recommend the property.

Very good location, 1,5 hours drive from Jakarta you are entering totally different, better world. Very peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, varied breakfast, helpful and nice personel. Raw room design- bed and TV.

I got the Zebra room front of Swimpool. For extra pillow blanket etc we must pay extra which so RUBISH !!! During Ramadan they gave us the sahoor foods which also as normal taste,, Stop paying extra for small stuff at the room. WE HAD PAID A LOT FOR SMALL 2BR ZEBRA ROOM No westafel sink in the kitchen area which very important to wash hands first before entering the room.

The toilet was stinky and all equipment was old. The price is just for the location instead of facilities.

Noisy neighbors and poor house insulation

Some of our bed sheet were dirty and one of the bathroom so smelly. But the price is cheap so fair enough

Location and location also the deal for safari ticket, food good bfast and ala carte dinner not so pricy Everything is old really need a touch of modern

at first night there, there is an animal accidents..So please check all the room thoroughly. Quite making our mood down and think to just try to find another stay

Tree House is amazing. Ours was the one with a slide. Children loved it! Fresh air, clean room, friendly staff who are also helpful with information. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. It was tricky to spend three nights with a family as laundry service was not available. Drinking water was also an issue. Tap water is not drinkable anywhere in Indonesia. We brought a box of bottled water for our three night stay. Food was wonderful, it just a bit too pricey.

The place is nice and clean, I like the proximity to the Taman Safari, the staff are super polite and friendly, I went to the standard room, which was good, the restaurant (Caravan) is good and has a variety of foods (mostly Indonesian cuisine, but they have international dishes as well). The is no Air Conditioning or fans in the rooms, I asked for a fan and first they said it is not available, but later after I showed my dissatisfaction, they arranged for 2 fans (for the 2 rooms I booked). The windows don't have a protection net to filter out any bugs if I wanted to keep the windows open, but I didn't need to do so after they got the fans.

If it's about the ambiance, it's definitely the best because we were indeed looking for a natural atmosphere, staying in the forest like Safari Resort...especially with the sound of siamang monkeys waking us up in the morning. However, there needs to be an interior upgrade for the Caravan type, as it can still be upgraded to a more modern or contemporary caravan. Maybe the Zebra and Tree House types have already received upgrades, but overall, we are quite satisfied, for the breakfast is quite delicious and varied. I stayed in a caravan type, the condition was decent, but it needs an upgrade or modernization. There were several things that felt old/ out date in the interior, and the blankets also had a musty smell (as if they were not washed, just rearranged since I checked in)

It is cold clean give free drinks, nice westher clean environment too dark for the lamp inside tree house, the tiles too slippery in the bathroom, need bathroom mat

I stay in tree house and it was great. Everything is great.

the 3 bedroom Bungalow was huge and spacious. every bedroom acompany with bathroom there was no Aircon but so cold and humid. all towels and tissue was a bit wet.

I like the environment around the accommodations, it's all nature. The treehouse is so unique and adds some excitement to the total experience. Mainly Indonesian food for breakfast but they're good. The room interior is a bit dark, also the beddings. Would have been perfect if the color scheme is a bit brighter.

Less sofa, need more

Cleanliness and food variety and taste need much improvement.
