Hotel asked for payment before check in . I selected for hotel for which no pre payment is required by Booking.com, but this was not like that really.

Disgusting hotel. This is the worst hotel hotel i have ever visited. We went to hotel and they didn’t allow us to check-in. They told that no prepayment was given so they gave our room to someone else. We told them our booking showed no prepayment required but they didn’t listen to us. We had to roam around hotels with our luggage at midnight because the hotel was to greedy for money. Please remove such hotels from your website as such hotel will destroy your reputation. The staff of hotel didn’t even help us book a cab or make a call. Worst hotel ever. Such disgusting staff. They do not deserve to be called hotel. If the want prepayment, it should be mentioned while booking. Me and my family had to face such huge harassment due to this hotel.

Location We find bedbugs beneath the Bedsheets. Bedsheets were having blood spots from bedbugs. We reported to desk manager. He changed the room, but, again we stopped 2-3 bedbugs. The chair provided having cigarette burns, window sliding handle missing. Tissue roll holder missing, they kept tissue roll on bathroom window.

Nothing except location. Such a sad breakfast. Not more than 2 items which you can actually eat. N that too horrible. Sambar was just plain brown water, no traces of any daal in it. Poha sticky. Uttapam as tasteless as chewing a rubber mat. Bed bugs in the room, i complained at reception, even housekeeping is aware as they visit rooms everyday. No use and no reaction.
