Next to Sambhaji park! Near great food Traffic noise (but that is everywhere)

The staff were very welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure all I needed for my stay was provided. Breakfast was included 8-9.30am. I had to leave before then and staff brought my requested fare to my room. Room service food was tasty when I wanted to relax in the room. Daily cleaning was undertaken to a scrupulous standard. Security staff were on hand to escort in on arrival, ensure a safe departure and greet your passing with Namaste. A lot to like. It took a bit of adjustment to requesting a tub of hot water outside of the 7-11am plumbed supply but it never took long to arrive and added a more authentic feel I grew to enjoy.

Courteous and ever attentive staff, central location, good air conditioning, hot water on tap, good buffet breakfast, with change in menu each day Too low chairs in the room, bathroom wet area height (almost 10"!), unsynchronised Laundry service (making it difficult to avail). Parking could be an issue, if you come in own vehicle.

Location is excellent. The hotel has a bit of a used feel - it has been a while since it was refreshed. Despite that we've stayed there twice because it's clean, the staff is very helpful and the location is excellent.

What the hotel lacked in terms of location was brilliantly made up for by the extremely warm and customer satisfaction conscious staff. The staff were amazing. I met Nitin and his team. There were mosquitoes.
