Extremely disappointing experience with this Hotel o span executive . We reached Pune from Assam at 8 pm and tried contacting the hotel multiple times (over 5 calls), but they didn't respond or call back. Instead, they blocked our number. Given our unfamiliarity with the area, this was frustrating and stressful. Fortunately, we found another lodge nearby. Would not recommend this hotel due to poor customer service and lack of responsiveness.

Location is ok with big parking lot. 1. No parking guide, as visitor / guest park their vehicle anywhere, creating issue for others. 2. No Restaurant, only room service, and felt the cost is very high. 3. If you order tea, by the time it comes, it is already cold. 4. No AC remote was given. 5. No nearby hotel to eat our, you need to travel 500-800 meters to find the same.

It's really disappointed first they give us room that' AC was not working second there's no TV third WiFi was not working we complaint about 5 time and then they change our room after that second room also not clean no dustbin wash basin was chocked toilet was leaking all over really very bad i never go there again

Pros: 1.I was provided a water heater at 6 am after insisting I needed hot water early. 2. And my room was a little dusty on the floor, so it was sweeped right away. 3. I was stuck in traffic so was 30 mins late and was allowed to checkout at 1pm. 4. And complimentary water bottles were provided when asked for.. Con 4 me:: Wifi was not working on 1st floor, I stayed in 110.

On 2nd day staff asked us to shift to another room as AC was not working.. That's the only good thing happened in our stay. Pathetic room altogether!!! TV wasn't available, no bucket or mug was available, very dim lighting in room with most of the lights not working, room latch was defective, unclean matress and pillows, no water bottle or glasses were provided. no matress outside bathroom, no intercom facility. broken display of AC remote, even temp display on AC was defective. we were provided a single tower for 3 guests and that too after half an hour of our request. You just name the basic amenities and it weren't there.

AC working, hot water though with certain timeline and of course the location. there was no kitchen, no water bottles, ARO water was served in loose bottles. most importantly there was no paste control and COCKROCHES were wandering around like they came for MELA.... very bad cleanliness...it was not hygienic..
