The place is close the city centre and eveything was easily accessible. The property is not with the money as they have minimal facility and extremely dirty. The maintenance is very low and very unclean.

Nothing. 1. Breakfast starts at 8 am , too late compared to other treebo or any 3 star hotel - should start from 7:00 or 7:30 2. Room lock is not working 3. No service or proper response from staff , specially receptionist (very rude behaviour with customer)

There was no exhaust in the washroom, the room wasn't neatly cleaned, there was still a leftover Gajra in the mini fridge. There was no dental kit or toiletries kept in the washroom.

Location is convenient with easy access to the main roads. The level of cleanliness in the hotel and rooms was very good. The room has central air conditioning and it was good. There were no towels and hand towels in the room when we checked in. The phone was not working. The bathroom needs maintenance (the clothes hook was damaged, the lighting inside the bathroom was poor). The power socket next to the bed was faulty. Parking is limited and gets busy due to a bar located in the hotel premises.

Lot of improvement is required in Breakfast. Set up needs to be changed & quality to be improved. Room size is ok for Deluxe double room. But needs little bit cleaning. As mentioned Breakfast to be taken care off.

Breakfast ok. Location good. Bed comfortable and bed linen clean The staff tried to help with the problems such as locker, AC, chain on door, Gaurav was especially helpful. When I booked, the T&Cs indicated no prepayment, payment on arrival. But I received repeated demands for payment in full in advance with the threat of losing the booking if I didn't pay up. Neither the hotel nor booking.com helped at all. So I ended up paying in advance in full and at greater expense as I had to pay in GBP from UK. It also meant I had no leverage when I arrived and the hotel didn't meet with expectations. I needed a Cform as a foreigner. The hotel said they did not provide these and told me to find another hotel (remember I had paid upfront, plus this was 9pm at night and I was alone). This was extremely stressful. Eventually after 5 days with help from Indian friends I got a C form. The AC was on permanently - not necessary in winter and very uncomfortable as I had a cough/cold. The AC unit looked dirty and not well maintained. There was no sofa in the room although the booking said there would be one There was no working safety locker in the room although the booking said there would be one (after a few days they fitted one) The standard of English among staff was very limited which meant sorting out any problems was very difficult. There was no cleaning done for 4 days after I moved in. Eventually it was settled that the room would be cleaned daily (I expected this as norm) The breakfast time was 8am which was too late for me as I had to leave by then. I was unable to get breakfast earlier. The hotel is quite noisy - with paper thin walls and a noisy bar next door.

We didn’t like anything. Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. No hygiene. Room service was very poor. Staff was very rude.no car park area. Its location is in small lane.I would not recommend it to anyone.
