Location is excellent. Breakfast was good. Some improvements needed like coffee maker in the executive room. Moisturiser in the bathroom. Overall it was a good experience.

Courteous staff Cleanliness Value for money The room was not cleaned in time. Had to ask twice. But they did it without problem. So ok. Lamp above washroom mirror was not working. No tea coffee or kettle in the room.

Ok I had to pay double for a single day stay because the payment I did by credit card, although got my money deducted and showed the message and e mail received as successful payment, the staff at the counter reported me that he didn't get the payment credited and asked me to make additional payment by a different mode . I paid by Google pay again. He told me this problem happens and get settled by 48 hours. I hope I will get my additional payment back soon, otherwise I feel cheated.

Good morning service is very fast ,response was fast ,all good staff ,same tempermant Minor patch work to be done,bathrooms tiles crack,exahust fan not working,switch board not updated.

Rooms are not maintained properly. In every room something will be faulty. I have to change 2 room, 1st room latch not working 2nd room ceiling fan was very noisy, 3rd room TV not working

The ambience was good, staffs were polite and helpful. The food quality was good.

Only the location. A lot more things, staff was not good, the hotel was not clean, bed linen were in bad form. There were dust webs on most of the bed side lamps. Bathroom conditioning was very poor.
