One side of property facing beach nice clean rooms Stay there few times already was given dirty room broken tv,pools need more cleaning, rooms are dirty on west size and small room compare to what’s shown, unfortunately due to work I aways come late my girlfriend how ever is from there and she arrives before me and is aways given the worse room when I confronted stuff they say that was only room available but if I have been there I will not Except room and possible cancel reservation how ever we love stuff and food food is great at property and I am hm hotels member as well but other that that we are happy and will return just expect for are money what we paid for not dirty room and been discriminated I should say. Other than this things everything else at property have been amazing to us also beach should be maintain better to much stuff around beach going on.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The pool areas were beautiful and inviting, and having convenient beach access was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and everything that makes Punta Cana such a great destination. What truly made this stay special was the staff. The reception team, the restaurant and rooftop bar staff, housekeeping, and the security team all provided outstanding service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to help with a smile. I would especially like to recognize Johanna at the front desk and one of the bartenders upstairs. Both young ladies were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Their positive attitudes and commitment to excellent customer service made my stay absolutely seamless. They are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and deserve recognition for the way they care for their guests. HM Bávaro exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with an exceptional staff in Punta Cana. The only minor drawback I encountered was the hotel's guest visitor policy. If you plan to have a friend or local acquaintance stop by your room, the hotel requires visitors to check in with security or the front desk before they're allowed access. While this may be a slight inconvenience for some guests, I completely understand that the policy is in place to protect everyone's safety, maintain the hotel's high standards, and preserve a secure environment. In fact, this appears to be a common practice at many hotels in the Punta Cana area. It certainly didn't take away from my overall experience, and I appreciated the hotel's commitment to providing a safe and well-managed property.

Location, less crowded, on the beach Road to hotel is too wornout, narrow, dirty, busy; food average

Bedroom view was exactly what I wanted to give to my wife in this our first trip to Punta Cana! Delicious and varied breakfast, sweet pineapples, service was excepcional (Karely!!!!!!!! We hope her baby is healthy in her delivery).... Beautiful sea view from restaurante on rooftop, incomparable! We loved the soft music and sound level....Front desk staff was awesome, sweet ladies are new friends, we want to meet them again, very helpful and kind (Katherine and coworkers) The chef on the roof top restaurant helped us with lobsters we brought in one "doggie bag" from Jelly Fish Restaurante and warmed them up perfectly for us, he avoided microwave.... That was an extra mile for us because no one has done that before in Europe and South America! Guavas, should be ripe, not green.

The location is amazing ! Close to Drink Point and Infinity if you’re looking for night clubs. Also a lot of food options within walking distance. The shower water was salty. Like it came straight from the ocean

The location, beach access, pool, and breakfast were amazing! Overall, an amazing experience. N/A

Love the location. Front Ocean View. The sushi restaurant on the 5th floor is great. Staff is friendly and tend you to make you feel welcomed. The inability to swim at the beach due to high Sargasso.

The only thing was the taste of the water when brushing teeth but that is not the properties fault so use bottled water they do have water available on the first floor.

I loved that there was a beach, you didn’t have to go far & multiples bars and pools on the property and my room was big! Breakfast was amazing!

Great place and location. However, it is wrecked from the constant blaring obnoxious horrible Muzak. Constant loud music ruins your peace.

However, our experience was very disappointing in other aspects. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was constantly dirty. On top of that, we had a very serious issue — the housekeeper stole $400 from us, and the hotel did nothing about it, not even offering any compensation. The next day, we tested the situation by intentionally leaving money out again, and once more it was taken. We confronted her, but still, the hotel failed to take any action. This is simply unacceptable and very disappointing.

The Breakfast was delicious and varied! There's a buffet as well as a menu to order toast and other prep breakast. Everything that I tried was very good. The rooms are very clean and comfy. Both the swimming pools are beautiful and clean, and the private beach right at the door was a must. I tried both restaurant but the sushi bar was definitly my go too, the food was great and the view is phenomenal. I found 3 pieces of glass at my floor 2 days in a row, I mentionned that to the reception woman and she low-key tried to make me say I may have broke something myself and brought that to my room and level. I was not trying to get compensation and was not mad at all so her reaction was unexpected. No matter was she said she was sorry and the problem was fixed because I never found pieces of glass again after that ! The reception staff can sometimes have a bit of an attitude, but were still helpfull anyway. I understand dealing with people can be challenging.

Location
-
Overpriced. Rooms felt budget. The most disturbing aspect was the open sewers around the hotel. Poor external roads. The risk of infection from the open sewage was high and a clear health risk

Terrific

Nothing. The hotel is in a pretty rough area and didn’t feel very safe. When I checked in, it seemed like they weren’t even sure which room to give me. There are no elevators, and I had to wait over 15 minutes while the front desk guy tried a bunch of different keys just to figure out which one actually opened my room. It felt really unorganized overall. Definitely not a great experience.
