The location it was under construction…

The locations is the best, felt safe, the room was clean and had everything needed to stay there couple of days, had nice AC and ventilation, great value for the price I believe. The host was responsive and clear. No hidden costs. Close to the beach. The Kitchen was very basic, it can be put more effort on what the kitchen has to offer for essentials, I could not cook much and was uncomfortable, also the place is very noisy almost until 1-2 am. The spacing of the room was a bit too small not because of the place but because how the furniture is placed, but its not big deal if you stay max 2 days there.

The host was very welcoming.. The water was very smelly!

There was no hot water in the bathroom.

Location, security, comfort. Only thing missing was a minibar in the room.

Room was super basic but a good option for budget conscious travelers who are low maintenance. The room was clean, close to the beach and had AC. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. The water smells but I think that's pretty common around here. The music can be very loud from the bar next door but it finished before midnight.

The location was perfect, just a short three-minute walk to the beach! In the early mornings, you can relax in the beach chairs and enjoy the peaceful view, as long as you make a small purchase from the nearby resort. Plus, convenience is key, there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket just a two-minute walk up the road, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials. There were occasional issues with the water, which was a bit inconvenient when I wanted a quick shower. However, since I was out most of the day exploring, it didn’t affect my stay too much.

Very poor facilities. Photos do not match the actual place. There are no kitchen utensils or soap. The whole experience was very poor. I do not recommend to couples who are looking for a nice place. It's better to pay through extra few dollars for a higher quality stay elsewhere.

The property for a short stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach and to the restaurants. The staff are always available if you have an issue and very friendly to recommend you some places where you can go. Not enough towels (Only a towel for the shower) No fournitures to put our stuff

Location, while tours didn't pick up here, they did on whala!bavaro, or on Dalia's plaza which are both 2 minutes walking from this place. It's a super inexpensive way of spending days on Punta Cana/Bavaro. Water smelled dirty/like the beach and was salty. People seemed lost and didn't know where this condo was located. As other reviews mentioned, there's a bar next door with noise, but luckily it didn't bother us. We also had to request additional toilet paper, as the one we got was really small.

Good location close to the restaurants and walking distance from the beach. The building door and windows have bars for extra security. Pretty small units, but the biggest problem is the noise, there is a bar right behind the rooms that plays very loud music until 2am, then at 7am construction work starts so forget about getting a good night of sleep. The bathroom light was not working, but they fixed it the next day. They only provide 1 toilet paper roll, you want more you go buy some at the super market. The toilet flush was faulty, after every flush i had to open up the toilet and unstick the mechanism so that it would fill up with water again. The reception closes very early, so if you need anything you have to wait until the next day. The AC makes a lot of noise when turned on. The hotel is not very easy to find, there is a sign but its not very visible. Pretty expensive considering all this.

the staff was helpful horrible location right above the noisiest street with the music blasting until 3am! the windows are not closing so nothing block the noise. no hot water. That is unliveable conditions
