Villa Blanca Beach Club

Music (mainly from the other bar) is so loud… 24/7. And I’m not going to lie, we would absolutely join if it was a good party and music. But they just keep playing the same song for a few hours, we were so ready to go over there and say something. We are absolutely down to party but Dominicans really need to change their choice of music.. Not really a hotel’s fault, so that’s why only 2 stars down. Absolutely impossible to rest during the day and until 2 AM on the weekends.

The staff could speak English. It was a huge help, for this reason alone I would recommend it to my English speaking friends.

Great location, cozy and clean room, great food and service. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Awesome view as well!! It’s missing a pool for sure. Then it would be perfect!!

The breakfast was great. The beach access was great. People are friendly. The location is convenient. Everything was great! The club next door that plays music almost everyday was actually nice, but form somebody who is looking for quiet at night, it could be a bit loud. It didn't bother me as I enjoyed the music, but it was a bit loud at times.

Location, close to restaurants and night life.

The staff are friendly and helpful; they let me to check in early at 9 a.m. at no extra cost. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is good, with many options on the menu. As for the location, it’s beachfront - what we booked and paid for. 1. Noise. This was a major issue for me. I booked 5 nights well in advance, but they gave me a room right next to the restaurant. The first night was terrible — people were talking loudly until after 11 p.m., and early in the morning, before 7 a.m., staff started working in the restaurant with lots of noise from dishes and other activities, as well as noise from some kind of repair work. This happened repeatedly throughout all 5 nights of my stay. Imagine coming for a vacation and being unable to rest at all. Furthermore, because my room was next to the restaurant, even though it had a balcony, I couldn’t open the door; otherwise, the smell of food from the restaurant would enter the room, which was awful. So before making a reservation, make sure to check these issues, or you may end up ruining your vacation. 2. On the last day, I had a very bad experience with the restaurant staff. The hotel gave me breakfast tickets with specific dates printed on each one. Since the tickets were not in order, I simply picked one each day and handed it to the restaurant. It turned out that some of the tickets had the wrong dates, and on the last day my ticket also showed the wrong date. The restaurant staff told me I could not have breakfast with a ticket showing the wrong date. Even though I asked them to check with the hotel reception, they refused and did not allow me to eat. Eventually, the hotel staff came (the hotel staff was not available 24/24) and resolved the problem, but it was an unexpected and unpleasant experience that I did not expect to have.

This stay exceeded my expectations, from the people who received me at check in to the hotel staff and restaurant and the people working on the beach portion was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. The room was beautiful overlooking the water!

The view from the room was amazing, I could see the sunrise and also the white sand. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, it was bigger than a king size bed, a big bathroom and wardrobe to keep all the clothes. Also, I love staying just a few steps from the beach. The breakfast is was great and fresh juices and fruit lovely. I fell in love with the pineapple and watermelon. Staff was great, they helped me with some activities we booked and always had a smile. If you stay with them, you can get a free sun bed. They got a restaurant downstairs where you can get a mix of international and national dishes, you need to wait a bit longer but understand that you are in the Caribbean, they are more relaxed. There are shops and other restaurants near by. Also, you can enjoy the sunrise from 5:30am everyday.

Great location, close to a variety of restaurants and a market. Direct access to the beach, with a sunbed included. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, with a cozy king-size bed. The beachfront restaurant is lovely — having breakfast there in the morning is a real treat. One downside: it’s true what others have said — many of the items on the menu are often unavailable. It would be a good idea for them to either revise the menu or have the staff inform guests of what’s not available. That said, the service is excellent, from the reception to the restaurant. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help with any questions or issues. If you’re not looking for ultra-luxury but still want to feel pampered, this is a great choice. I would definitely go back.

Staff were professional, friendly, and customer focused

It was great! The Pinpar staff was the best. You can't beat waking up and being able to see the ocean from the bed! The Villa Blanca restaurant breakfast was super, the beach facilities and club staff were great too. One thing I was unprepared for was the constant barrage of music from 1400 till 2300 on the weekend. If you are looking for a quiet place, the #1 unit with Jacuzzi is not for you. Other small things, the bed was very firm; the jacuzzi slowly lost water and I had to refill it a bit the third night. We had to wait at least once for more than 5 mins to get through the security gate. But these are all small things that shouldn't discourage anyone from enjoying this magical place. I only list them as things to be fixed.

We loved everything about this stay! I think our shower could use some new hardware… but this was minor overall.

The breakfast was amazing, there were many options to pick from. And we got to have our breakfast with the beach view. The staff was great, they were available even though we arrived at midnight. 10 stars for Christian and Christopher! Everything seems great

Very nice small property right on the beach. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and 'beach club' are separate from the lodging business but they work very well together. Easy walk to town and restaurants, groceries, etc. A great base for enjoying the beach at Bavaro. Driving to the property is a bit tricky, narrow streets and lots of potholes, typical DR infrastructure. But once you are there it is easy, there is plenty of parking and 24/7 security in a gated area.

Nice place, helpfull personal. The restaurant made great food and drinks Servis in restaurant is typical Dominikan.. little be slow, but with smile and freindly.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. And the beach was just steps away from our room. Just the shower need a little of maintenance.
