I can say it's pretty average One thing no power cut. They have a lift. Washroom is clean. Location not good. They do not have any windows. They don't have wifi. Tv not working. Rooms are too small. Bedsheet are dirty. They not have balcony. But they advertise with they have balcony city view. Blankets are not good very cheap quality without any cover on. Specially they are not care about customer. When I asked about cancellation policy, they told me they don't have if you booked then you have to pay hole booking, even if you are not comfortable with us. In addition they do not have a proper mobile network inside the room.

In website, they are showing AC Room at around Rs 1600, but in reality they will offer NON AC room. For , AC they will ask you another Rs 1000. Further, the location is remote, and people can get better standard Room in the front line of the Puri Sea Beach at less rate. The hotel is in a congested place. Also it will be very difficult to access beach. Thank you. Location, Environment

Need more stuffs to keep the hotel clean. They also need to learn the value of time. Telephone was not working so I had to come from 4th floor to reception for anything, and then nobody were available there.

OVERALL VERY COMFORTABLE STAY. FELT LIKE HOME. WE BOOKED AN AC Room with Balcony and got the same. Since it's hot and humid during end of April-May, Having an attached Balcony and Continued Air conditioning was such a respite. It definitely felt like home with no unnecessary interference. We were able to use AC without questions and this was the best thing I liked. Lot of other hotels keep a close check on usage of AC or Geyser or other electronic appliances.The staff are courteous and co-operative. They also have provision to Arrange vehicles for sight seeing. The manager and other people were very helpful. It's also important for the visitors/guests to co-operate with them and be kind since the staffs they do their best to ensure comfort. Also, the location is supremely located just behind the Iskcon which was a great thing. THE MARKET and beach road is just a Stone's throw away. Room service like cleaning could have been more prompt.
