I stayed here with my parents for 3 nights. Before booking, I clearly checked that the Deluxe Quadruple Room could comfortably accommodate three of us, which is why I chose it and paid 50% advance. However, upon arrival around 8:30 PM, we were offered a small room with a double bed and one foldable bed — not the room I had booked. The check-in process turned stressful as the hotel was fully booked, and we had to wait around 35–40 minutes at the reception with our luggage. To be fair, the owner did acknowledge the mistake and offered a INR 900 discount along with shifting us to the correct Deluxe Quadruple Room the next morning, which was more spacious and matched the photos. The management ultimately resolved the issue politely and provided compensation. But, Poor room allocation management despite advance booking caused inconvenience during check-in. There was also a recurring morning water issue — the supply often stopped mid-use, and we had to wait 10–15 minutes for the motor to be switched on, which caused delays in our temple visits.

Nothing.... however the owner was courteous... No parking and not even accessible by car. Very poor maintenance of rooms and bathroom. No bathroom carpet was provided and a shabby towel was kept. The water geyser in the bathroom was giving slight shock. We booked three rooms and were given in different floor. Totally NOT the worth of money we give...

All is ok.

It is one of the most affordable hotel in Puri and also it has a nice staff who treat the guest very well

I stay hear from 22nd dec to 26th may .ac deluxe room .Excellent room and toilet, clean & spacious bed, bed side table, wardrobe, storage cabinet, led tv . Attached balcony. It's a new property with lift facility. Hotel stuf and management are cooperative .and good behaviour, they arrenge Christmas party, lot of balloon, Christmas tree, cakes chocolate, music.we are enjoying party .

Rooms are good as per price . Location was walkable both beach and temple . Staffs are really helpful . Deepak provide the scooty on rent which was superb to explore puri
