I didn’t like the property I had a very disappointing stay at Sai Sand Piper , Puri. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel lacked basic standards of cleanliness and service. 1. Unhygienic Amenities: The room they provided was extremely damp, with no sunlight or proper ventilation. The mug and bucket in the bathroom were oily and dirty, which was unacceptable. 2. No Room Maintenance: Despite requesting, the staff refused to change the dirty bedsheets. It seemed like cleanliness was not a priority for them. 3. Unhelpful Staff: The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. They were uncooperative and showed no interest in resolving issues. 4. Payment Policy: They insisted on taking the full payment upfront, which left no room for addressing grievances later. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money, and the lack of basic hygiene and poor service ruined my stay. Avoid this place if you value comfort and cleanliness.
