No hairdryer in room, and when I ask hotel staff to provide to my room, I must waiting almost one hour until the staff send it to my room.

Convenient place but i guess Aston is not the Aston 2year ago. I been staying few time before but... I book 2 room for 4 adults and 1 child (7yrs) including breakfast via booking.com . But they charged extras in the spot said my 7years have to paid full breakfast fee becouse is not included! so i paid my son breakfast(again) in the spot. Few time the room electricity down and the card doesn't work. Ask to get pick up from trein station is just disappointed, they just give another phone numbers thats never bothered to pick up or text back.

I love the bed. Food is also good. Amenities is not complete. When I just arrived and check in, I called and asked small towel which is not available at that time, but i didn't get until I slept

Location, Parking The hotel is run down and needs a refresh. It is very popular and the most expensive hotel in the city so Aston could afford to maintain it better. They clearly don't care about the guest experience. The card reader in the elevators don't work so you can't get to the room. The AC control in the room doesn't work so you can't change the temperature, fan speed or turn it off. My son caught a cold due the severity of the AC. The bathroom door doesn't close properly. Not only do I not recommend this hotel, I would never choose Aston again due to their lack of interest in maintaining their hotels.

Breakfast was very good, many varieties with live trad music Better not to ask number of persons for taking breakfast especially stayed in the hotel more than 1 day

Strategically located in the center of the town. Carpet floor had lots of human hairs. Room smelled cigarette. Floor beside the bed and window had a very bad uneven levels and had cracking sound when we stepped on it.

Breakfirst and location okey. The bathroom should be provided with water foucet for ablution for Moslem guests.

The location is central, near the road of UNSOED, near the train station and the city center. The room itself was alright, I had a smart TV so I could connect and watch netflic at night. The bed was good and the bathroom was okay. The breakfast had some choices but nothing extraordinary The staff was nice and they answered whenever I got problem : - the 1st room they gave me, the AC didn't work so they gave me a new room (same kind but better) - the 2nd had huge WIFI problems, they called the IT guy to come and resolve, unfortunately it didn't work but they tried. As said previously, the AC in the 1st room wasn't properly working so I got a new room but in the 2nd one, the WIFI was horrible. It kept connect and disconnect every 5 minutes. The IT guy came but it didn't change a thing. At the end I had to use the laptop on the bed, really close to the wall to get a bit of signal. I think for the price paid, some work renovation would be needed. It's a bit of a gamble with the WIFI, especially if you need to work
