Spacious room The promise of “breakfast included” was unfulfilled. It consisted of sugary cereal, white bread and mermelada and milk, hardly a decent breakfast, more like “I will help you develop diabetes faster”

I was very upset that I didn't have a bathtub in the bathroom, the pictures on booking.com were misleading

It perfectly suited my needs, so nothing to say here.

Friendly staff who made an additional key especially for us. We saw many other foreigners, and the hotel was quiet at night. The location was easy to reach by bus or subway, and it's just 5 minutes from many restaurants and cafés.

I loved the room! It was super cute and comfortable, I slept amazingly! The bathroom was also amazing! I was a bit surprised that it didn’t have a room to eat breakfast and you had to take it to your own room but it wasn’t that bad!

Everything was clean and in good condition. The location is also great and the staff was understanding when I asked them not to come to my room daily. Washing machine availability is definitely a great bonus which many competitors didn't offer. Also the TV was great with many channels and with internet access to watch Netflix for example before falling asleep. The mattress was a bit hard to my preference, could be cheaper and there was supposed to be breakfast available but no one explained anything about it - of course I could have asked myself but one thing they didn't speak any English and also I guess my introverted personality didn't support this action :)

I think everything about this place was fantastic. The staff were really nice and helpful for any questions I had. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a few nights stay. The free breakfast was great as well (toast, jam, cereal/milk and orange juice). Location was very close to the subway station and bus stops which was excellent. I really enjoyed staying here. It didn't bother me but something to note is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours but only slight. Everyone was quiet respectful to each other in terms of how much sound they were making so I don't have any complaints.

Exceptional

The bathtub was great! It definitely made my stay worthwhile. On the first night, I noticed that the floors were not clean (around the toilet :( but I was too tired to ask for a room change. The next morning I asked for them to please clean the floors (very politely), but they didn't. It is possible that they did not understand me, but then again that should be part of the regular room cleaning service, right?

Clean and large bathroom space. Lots of little extras - charger, toothbrushes, lotion, shower robes, furniture, etc. Breakfast was buffet-style and included cereal and toast & jam. Lots of different lighting options. Hotel service for restocking and cleaning during the day. Close to a metro line. A great location if you’re travelling around Busan. The bed was hard and uncomfortable since it was clearly an air mattress. There was a dead bug stain on the wall.

Easy check in. If you just want a place to literally sleep then it’s ok. Okay firstly, it wasn’t a hotel it’s a love motel which was pretty obvious by the gross free condoms and lube they have in the room accompanied by what looked like a CAMERA above the tv in the tv box conveniently pointing at the bed…Just at least advertise it as a love motel so people can know. SECONDLY when we returned to our room around 5pm one night all the doors on our level where open!! When we told the staff they were unbothered. Felt unsafe and in the morning as they were open again. Why?! I would not leave any valuables here as anyone can walk into elevator and go to rooms

Nothing. It was nothing like the picture. The bed was uncomfortable, room is small.. It is far from the beach.
