The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very easy to find and close to a station, which was great. The bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were good. The price is pretty good even though Busan is cheap, and for a city which is spread out very wide with the popular tourist destinations, this central location is a great place to work from. The room was very, very clean. It was nicer than I expected, overall! The shower was very nice, but the floor/drain makes no sense. Even if the shower is not on full blast, the drain is not fast enough so the water doesn't spread over nearly 3/4 of the bathroom floor. The light near the bathroom also automatically comes on at night with motion, and it's quite bright. That would've been more annoying with multiple people. My A/C didn't stay on, so I woke up in the night very hot and sweaty because it didn't continually run. Also, I'm not sure if this was common but no laundry possibility except a service that takes *three days* was unfortunate.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the cleaning lady came by everyday with fresh water and towels. The shower pressure was great too! The bathrooms are big but the partition / shower could have been set up better. The water kept splashing towards the door and the floor would be wet.

Exceptional staff with a clean and comfortable room. This place is top notch. Good access to transportation, restaurants and a grocery store. Priced very well for my stay.

The room was clean and spacious and the wifi was good and it was closed to the subway. We tried the buffet breakfast which was acceptable but were surprised we were the only two guests there. There were a few other staff members eating at the restaurant.

staffs are helpful. Hotel located in center of the city. Famous Fast food restaurants are very near to hotel like McDonalds, Subway etc., Laundry service to be improved and to be delivered the clothes atleast in 24 hours.
