Location was perfect. Picked this due to a tour that was booked with a pick-up by the bus stop and it was literally 2 minutes to that pick-up location. Bonus was how close we were to the beach. Had 3 different rooms and they were all a different layout which we enjoyed as well. The suite was crazy big as were the bathtubs. If ever back here I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! No complaints that I can think of

I liked the location because it was really near the Haeundae park/beach. the room felt like a motel rather than a hotel.

Price, windows closed the light out, close to beach, and metro. Easy check in. Too many led lights on in room, tv, hvac, plug, in, light controller.

First room we went to had leaking cealing that our floor became wet. We told them about this and we were told to move room. In that room there was a cockroach. We just found another hotel to stay so we asked for the rest of the remaining days for refund but they didn't allow that. However, it's a good location.

The location was nice. The shower pressure was nice. The room was not very clean, the beds were uncomfortable and they charge you for each child.

Really good location close to the Haeundae Beach and Subway Station. Staff was very kind, we could also store the luggage before the check in. Cleanliness, darkness, poor lighting and strange smell in the building. Looked like it was an old motel after some renovation, trying to be a hotel - but still a long way to become one.

The location is strategic, near the center and beach. You have to walk around 7 minute go to the beach. There’s also have halal foods for muslims.

The staff was caring and attentive, they spoke great English, the cleaning staff constantly replaced the bottles of water in the fridge (when usually you only get 1-2 bottles a visit. this was a big life saver for us) and room was cleaned daily, the bathroom had 2 water sources so I could shower and my partner could take a bath or a shower at the same time. The windows were blacked out which was perfect for daytime napping. The train station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room except trying to figure out the air conditioner for a non Korean/Hangul reader. The air conditioner took a long time to cool off the room when it was 83 F+ outside.

great location and parking, wonderful staff!! dirty/wet stained comforter. Did not mention to staff, I know they would of changed it in a heartbeat.
