The staff service is very good, they tried their best to help solve our problems. The lift is sometimes confusing cause sometime we tap the card to the lift but nothing can be pressed and sometimes no need tap the card, it can be pressed. There's no dressing table in the room. If someone is using the toilet and you need to dress up and make up..you need your own mirror

Hotel is placed in the great area: close to Haeundae beach, main food street, all entertainments and the subway. Excellent size of rooms are suitable to stay with family. The hotel building is new and therefore perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly, ready to solve all problems even by the phone before our stay. We'd like to recommend hotel to families as well as single travelers willing for rest at the beach and Busan with nearby attractions sightseeing! Washing machine and cooktop were in the rooms, but are not available for using during short stays... (really, are you serious?). Pool on the roof was not opened yet (at the day of stay ~Jun 2023)

Location was good. Elevators was under constant maintenance. Long wait. Construction was underway next door. It felt like the hotel needed more time to set things up. A lady opened the door without knocking and came inside.. She said she was checking to see if the room was cleaned properly. Didn't apology for barging in without knocking on the door.

New updated That I wasn't allowed to use the washer and stove. It was for long term only. And there were no laundromat close by.

Comfortable and clean. It was beautiful, the decor was cheek. I didn’t eat the breakfast. There was no closet. I didn’t mind since I lived in a suitcase anyways. The hotel is further from the tourist site or busy area, although the area itself has restaurants etc around the area. It’s just far from the rest of tourist attractions. Consider that if you want to book here.

The hotel is brand-new so the room is modern and clean. The room was also spacious which is especially useful for long-term stay. The location is GREAT, in the popular Haeundae area The listing is deceptive. The swimming pool was not open or does not even exist(?) Also the washer depicted on the listing is not allowed for use. Also this does not really feel like a hotel, because there is no breakfast and no amenities. Does not feel “cozy”

easy access to anywhere! ocean view was nice. room very large and clean. more like an fancy apartment:) nice place to stay for sure better if they had trash cans !
