Nice location, pleasant room, friendly staff. And thanks to Mss. Hanin at the reception who was kind to give an extra hand to help in many ways.

It was clean, comfortable and well organised. The staff were helpful, especially Ibrahim, who advised me on how to get around Cairo and the places I needed to go and was generally friendly. Breakfast was open at all the times I went and, even though it wasn’t the best, they were cooperative and helpful. One thing that I don’t think is specific to Rotana Palace is that, when you pay in foreign currency, they often don’t have change in the same currency and, when they give the remainder in their home currency, they undercut slightly in their calculation or they don’t have small change to give you all of your cash back so I’d advise anyone booking anywhere to contact the property beforehand and prepare the exact amount to pay them so that everyone gets their fair share. The single room I booked was fairly spacious but the ac aiming at the bed was a bit obnoxious and made it hard to sleep, and the tv wasnt working the best (I had to push remote buttons many times before it would work and the batteries were exposed with no cover which felt kind of risky). The WiFi didn’t work I had to use cellular data even at the hotel and signal wasn’t always the best.

The location is amazing in the center of Cairo , everything is nearby, no need transportation, the stuff are very welcoming and helpful, especially Ibrahim is the best one , Manar also a very kind and helpful, the room is big and clean it’s recently renovated, bathroom also clean and have a hot water

Hanin helped us to find the hotel on arrival to Cairo, the rooms were clean and hotel is exactly at Tahrir Square. Hanin was available to answer our queries whenever we faced any issues in Cairo.

The location of facility is excellent near to all important places including Nile river, public transport . Staff is exceptional including Ahmed, Hanin and Manar. facility is well maintained and clean. They been very helpful and kind during my stay. WIfi signals are excellent. I had no problem during my stay. will recommend to other to stay in this hotel Nothing

The food. The staff. Mostly everything was good, just a few minor issues. Towel rack comes off easily. Wood under bed is not good, I think one is missing or has fallen off or something.
