The staff is very enthusiastic and the hotel manager Maria went out of her way to help us and make us feel comfortable. Some minor inconveniences but the staff was quick to address them.

The staff at Elessa were exceptional. Maria at the front desk was incredibly attentive from the moment we booked our stay up until we left. Our server at the restaurant was incredibly timely, kind, and attentive. He remembered how we took out coffee each day! All around a fantastic get-away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away and relax in a beautiful area. My only suggestion would be to have more water available in the room.

What really stood out was the exceptional service — the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was kind, helpful, and always available. this is a fantastic hotel and the staff were amazing , Penny who owns the hotel is a brilliant host and the the staff are unbelievable, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble . This is the hotel to relax and the view is the best you have seen. Get yourself there and experience it , its a must , thanks to all and will see you again
