Alleys All-Suite Hotel & Spa

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property tucked away in a quiet village of Pyrgos. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. The spa room and the massage were so good. Stefan looked after us at breakfast and the pool bar, he even remembered us by name. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santorini.

Didn't like the sofa bed

Breakfast was exceptional, great choice and eating on the terrace was amazing. Though you can eat indoors if you choose. We asked to change room (only due to personal preference) and they moved us without hesitation or making it feel like we were putting them out. There was nothing I can say we didn't like. However we did book the Rimidi Suite, which was amazing, 900sq ft, very spacious. However it wasn't practical for us. It was over 3 floors. Ground level was a coffee making area and bed, single warddrobe, no mirror. Bathrom was down steep marble stairs with a turn at the bottom. This for me was an issue as I always need to visit during the night and I felt unsafe. Upstairs from ground level was a lounge area and a terrrace with a jucuzzi. Again these stairs were steep. We were also attending a wedding and all our friends were in the main area of the hotel so we did feel a bit isolated. So based on these aspects we asked if there was availability in the main hotel. The reception staff were so amenable and even asked if they could help in moving us across and asked us to check that the room was to our liking before we moved. Maybe one tiny thing is that the bar shuts at 9pm, it's very quiet and mostly you will be out eating at restaurants anyway so I totally understand why it shuts early.

Amazing place. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we are happy and taken care of. It was a lovely place. We really enjoyed it. No issues at all.

The staff and service was exceptional. Front desk Katarina was always available. Food and bar staff Stephanos and Samantha provided great service and were fun to interact with. The massage and the spa was also nice. Not much negative for us. It’s a little away from main areas but that’s what we wanted to prevent constant crowds.

Services is the most important thing in this hotel. Staffs here are really good at their profession and give us a lot of help.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is also very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

The bar manager, Stefanos, was amazing. Perfect service.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful in scheduling transportation. Additionally, the surprise balloon decorations in the room for my birthday was very much appreciated!

The service was top notch. A boutique hotel where the reception and rest of the services are concentrated on making your stay comfortable, and orientating one to the area and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and novel and I throughly enjoyed the menu items. The same for lunch. Caters for vegetarians too. The room was spacious as I had the junior suite with a hot tub and view of the pool. Well appointed chic room with bathroom amenities, and a good sized safe. Comfortable bed with clean linens. In general well kept hygienic spaces at the hotel. The spa treatments are highly recommended and the private sauna, steam and hot tub were just what I needed to relax. The area Pyrgos is quieter than the rest of Santorini and in the hills it was a splendid space to explore the winding alleys, and to enjoy the nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. Bus stops and timetables are such that one can explore the rest of the spots of Santorini from there. Honestly, nothing to report.

Everything about the property was exquisite. The staff were extremely friendly and generous. The food was great, the setting and the town of Pyrgos is amazing. you won’t regret this booking. I would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was lovely. The pool on the balcony was a great touch. Breakfast was amazing - so much food! Reception was always very attentive. We were encouraged to book the spa but they didn’t tell us it was fully booked the whole time. It was also at an additional cost.

Very friendly staff: front desk, spa, pool bar, night auditor, etc… An amazing team, very customer centric. Great service (airport pick-up, car rental, etc…) One of the best «  a la carte » breakfast i have ever had in Greece Prime location in Pyrgos (and Santorini) Great pool and spa Very clean Facility and room Appartement is noisy as it is directly on a very busy road

The property was very clean, modern, warm and luxurious Came here for my honeymoon and it was the best hotel spa I have ever stayed in The staff are exceptional. A special shout out to George, Nicoletta and Felia. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was our honeymoon so the staff made it extra special for us. The food was amazing. A lot of options and it was very fresh. The pancakes and the salads are my top recommendations. Also the eggs .You basically order from a set menu but you get to choose some choices . We were full every day The facilities like the gym, spa and bar was very clean Room service was fast and our rooms were always cleaned well The staff made sure we had transfer to airport and always checked on us The location was great . Not to over populated so we felt like a had privacy There was plenty of rent a car options nearby and restaurants . Would recommend Kantouni restaurant Oia is about a 25 minutes drive away I am definitely coming back to this spa and resort Everything was perfect

The hotel is perfect for family holidays, located in beautiful and quiet small village Pyrgos, far from the crowds and noises, about 10 minutes drive from Santorini airport and the major town Fira, the facilities are clean and new, with great views and services, the room is super spacious, with a private jacuzzi, very quiet at night, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good, and the price is reasonable compared with the high quality provided.

The terrace with the hot tub, very good breakfast. Room very clean. Staff very nice! The parking is tiny, you are not sure to get a place. The hairdryer is a 3-star phone type attached to the wall (not very efficient), they must remplace with a real hairdryer. The bed is not very big and a little too soft for me but not bad. The bathroom smelled weird, we solved having the extractor on. The hotel is near the road, it wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for people looking for silence.
