North Santorini - A Luxury Spa Hotel

Our stay at North Santorini was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was wonderful, and the service from Tasos and Mariam was truly outstanding. The hotel is beautiful in every detail — from the cleanliness, the design, the atmosphere, and the breathtaking view. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Their warmth, constant communication, and willingness to help made our stay even more special. Every request we had was taken care of within minutes, which shows the high level of service and attention they provide. Our Grand Suite was simply wow and beyond what we expected. The surprise decoration for my husband’s birthday was beautiful, and the attention to the smallest details made the moment unforgettable. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better hotel or better service. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely come back again.,

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Breathtaking panoramic views from the infinity pool, beautifully designed suites, and exceptional service from the staff. The spa was top-notch, and the peaceful location in Pyrgos made it feel like a true escape from the crowds. There was nothing we didn’t like — everything exceeded expectations

Beautiful views with fantastic interior design and stylistic details. Clean, sophisticated and modern. Staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially those at the front of house. The spa is a great addition and if we had stayed longer would have spent another couple of hours there. Pretty isolated with a small town nearby.

The staff was amazing! We arrived at the hotel early and when it was time to get our keys, our luggage was already in the room. They showed us the hotel facilities and made sure we felt at home. The hotel decoration is flawless. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Even though we didn't have a sunset view from there, the island's view was just as amazing, both during the day and night. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. Everything was perfect. I look forward to returning one day.

Stunning hotel with modern decor and great facilities

This is the best option, when somebody would like to be out (but just with a couple of minutes walk distance) from the bustling city centers and the most visited locations. There you will have all of the quiet, all the privacy, what you really need for a good relax, and don’t forget this majestic panoramic view too! Amazing! Cheers for the masterclass team too!

The place is amazing and the staff too, always friendly and helpful

Staff were exceptional. Friendly, super helpful and very accommodating. They were just the best! Room was very modern and clean. Minor things such as no soap dispenser and towel hanger in the toilet were not ideal. We came towards a cooler month so we couldn't utilise the pool (sun was blocked by the roof). And a slight trip hazard with a step in the room - both hubby and I had a fall. There are a lot of stairs to conquer so it is not ideal if you are not fit or have mobility issues.

What can we say?! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was magical. The hotel, facilities, rooms and above all the staff were truly amazing- we will be back next year! Huge thanks to Michaela and the entire team that made our stay such an incredible experience. Nothing!
