Zannos Melathron

Stunning place. Loved the area, the view and the amenities, it was like a dream come through this place. Specially love the attention from the hotel, how caring they are and how fast they solve our issues. Special kudos to Dimitri, he did such and amazing job at offering us different activities to do around and always making sure we were having a pleasant stay. Nothing, everything was excellent.

Beautiful hotel away from the crowds. We came with some concerns because we saw bad reviews from 10 months back, turns out the management has completely changed and they tell has been redone with a new great management team, including Maria who was super nice to us and very helpful throughout our stay! The view at night is amazing, especially from the outdoor Jacuzzi’s, but some of the rooms have. The breakfast was also lovely with the view to a cathedral right in front of the restaurant and the staff was very helpful with luggage is and with anything we needed. Will come again! No spa or gym

Nothing absolutely Location was very disappointing. It's a 6-7 minutes steep uphill walk from where taxi drops you. There was no restaurant in the property. No one in the reception after 4pm till next morning. VERY VERY POOR.

Excellent just what I requested however, one comment it would have been nice to be able to get a cappuccino! Only major problem I had was it wasn’t made clear that the hotel was at the top of a mountain and I hadn’t long completed surgery. Getting to the top was difficult for me and dangerous.

The staff were incredible the hotel was amazing I’d give it more stars if I could Nothing - the staff were so helpful and solved any problems we had especially the receptionist man he was incredible.

The view was beautiful My experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment. The room was dirty, with stained towels and a musty smell due to dampness. The staff was rude and unhelpful (The only polite person was the gentleman who brought me the breakfast.)—they didn't even inform me about the hotel services upon my arrival. When I entered the room, the lights weren't working, and instead of fixing it before check-in, they brought an electrician who took two hours to resolve the issue. During the repair, he used the bathroom in my room, and when I asked for housekeeping to clean it, the woman didn’t speak either Greek or English, forcing me to clean it myself while I was exhausted and needed rest. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel was difficult to access by car, and I had to carry my luggage uphill for 300 meters, including stairs, without any assistance. When I arrived, there was no groom to help with my luggage, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth the money spent on my stay. I had booked a room with a view, but the only thing I could see from my room was a wall. I had to go to the pool area to actually enjoy the view. Also i couldn't keep the shutters open in the room because I was visible from the pool area, so I was forced to keep them closed all day. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
