The property sits high above the port of Pythagorio and offers exceptional views of the village. The owners were very friendly, helpful and very nice. The rooms were filled with the most up to date technology. We will definitely return. Everything was exceptional.

The property had an amazing location right in Pythagorion, just a short walk from the sea and the lively center. The view was breathtaking, the room was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, Manolis and his family were incredibly warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations

Beautiful, spotless rooms with an amazing view. The restaurant, café, and shopping area are all within easy walking distance. The owner, Manolis, is extremely helpful and hospitable—he made us coffee every day and brought it right to our room. On our last day, our ferry was at 6 PM, so we asked if we could keep the room a bit longer. Since a new guest was checking into our room, he offered us another room and told us we could use it as long as we needed. If we ever go back to Pythagorion, we won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Feeling at home! Very nice owner family, helping full hearted and professionally to make stay (transports, etc) great and smoothless. Greatest view in town, 5 minutes stroll to promenade beach restaurants, shops, etc Hotel Sign barely visible from street, need eagle eyes to spot it.

Lovely large room with balcony and stunning view. Comfortable bed, fridge and kettle were a bonus. The host was most obliging, hospitable and kind. Thoroughly recommend.
