Quality Inn & Suites Quakertown - Allentown

Room was nice but. Needed a little scent to it , just needs a little upgrading , hot tub was nice but needs paint work & a little fix . Staff that i interacted with was nice & friendly .

Floors were dirty. An extra blanket would have been nice.

Based on his experience, I was asked not to use this hotel for future business travel.

Owner gave me late check out and then came to my room and demanded I open the door even if I was naked . Which instated I just got out the shower and then he walks in as I’m naked and the stands in the room and demand I leave . Then called th cops telling them I opened myself to him when he invaded my privacy and then kicked me out . The hotel has roaches and bed bugs The manager and bedbugs

Room was perfect The lady at the front desk on friday morning was not very friendly. It was 9:30 am and a guest asked if the food was going to be replenished and she says " I guess I could bring out some more eggs" the staff member Saturday morning was "on top of it"

I would not go back. The shower looked dirty; the staff stated it was hard water stains. The shower curtain, sheets, and towels were old. Also, to top it off, the refrigerator was making loud noises all night. I could not get a good night's sleep. When I asked the staff to change rooms, he said he could not justify changing our room. The staff, in fact, told us to turn up the air conditioning to drown out the noise, and that the other rooms were worse. This was one of the worst hotel stays.

We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi, everything was good and modern except the bathroom and the jacuzzi. The floor felt sticky, the breakfast was good, they had cold and hot breakfast. Overall was a good experience but the bathroom is due for an upgrade.

Stayed in the whirlpool room. The whirlpool was a bit dirty but other than that it was nice.

Staff was very attentive and actually came to make sure our room was okay. We mentioned one comforter that had what appeared to be a burn mark on it - they apologized and replaced the whole bedding set for us. The exterior of the building was being repainted when we arrived, and was partially finished while we were there, but it looked like a nice improvement. The doors to the rooms open to the outside (like a motel), and ours was facing a wooded area, so since it was summer we had a couple bugs fly in, but nothing horrible.

Do not stay here it is the worst place I have ever had to stay. There is no pool as it states. The countertops and stands had a layer of dust on them. The floors were dirty our socks were black if we didn't wear shoes. The fold out couch bed was stained. Never stay here.

Booked this hotel for location. Room was VERY outdated. Had to put the remote in a hotel lastic bag to use - it was sticky.

The front desk worker was very nice and sweet to talk to. The facility also offered a breakfast. The rooms were not clean. The sheets were dirty as well as cigarette holes in the comforters.

The hotel has exterior corridors and no elevator. Staff was friendly and responsive.
