Booking.com says “good breakfast” but it was only apples, bread and coffee. I don’t know if it is hotel’s fault or not but I got disappinted for sure.

The location is great Pictures were misleading - it’s pretty shabby

No windows could be opened, the fan is not moving to different direction. No air conditioning.

Charming decor and spacious rooms with super high ceilings. This was the quietest stay i have experienced in Mexico! Rooftop patio not accessible due to construction

Very good when travelling with pets.

We liked the location, on the bed was super comfortable! The shower had great water pressure and was a pleasure  I felt like Sarah crew up in the attic on the third floor. It was difficult to get the room to cool down. We stuck the fan in the window and ran it all night.

The property is ok the hotel in general es not bad The parking lot is far away from the hotel and here in this site is not specific where the parking lot is and it’s 4-5 blocks away

The property is nice but rare confortable, the concept of the decorations is nice but not very comfortable The parking lot is 4 blocks far away the hotel and this is very uncomfortable. The staff is very kind all of them. WiFi never work fine all time I have to use my own internet and I pay for the service I didn’t have. Very bad

Close to center & good water pressure No parking! The parking they charge for is FAR! The pictures they put online ARE not what you get. They don’t tell you there is 3 flights of stairs (I had my elderly Dad!). They don’t tell you the double beds are bunk beds. I had a knee issue but it was either my elderly Dad up there or me. Also, everything is in that one space. If you look at my bathroom picture, across from the bed and to the right of the sink is the toilet and to the left is a glass enclosure for your shower. Really no privacy. Rather, uncomfortable since I was with my Dad. You can hear everything outside. if it’s windy, the doors rattle. Between all the people talking and the rattling of our door we did not have a good night sleep.

We enjoyed the location

The design, high ceiling, and beautiful details. - localization is awesome. -in the shower, there is no proper barrier for the water, so all over the floor gets wet. - Any option for breakfast or coffe

Needs more lights in the room

I didn't had breakfast. Better shower, more electric outlets, insects inside the room.
