Lovely hotel in a fantastic place. Manager was very helpful and looked after our group throughout our stay.

It was a great location for walking and exploring the area. Fresh towels and linen each day and a nice simple breakfast was a good start to the day. Had plenty of parking and a very short walk to the village. Nothing really. I did leave a loved jacket in the wardrobe, emailed them to see if they would return it but unfortunately no reply :( Hoping this may prompt them!

Good location, very clean and staff very helpful although little English spoken. The restaurant wasn't open in the evenings but we could usually get a drink at the bar. Short walk into town for other restaurants/bars. Plenty of parking.

A place to store our bikes, a large clean room and fantastic value for money. Breakfast could be more substantial.

Very good accommodation in a picturesque area surrounded by hills and forest. Friendly staff, a comfortable room, and a very good breakfast made for an enjoyable stay. Nothing

There is a seating area on the first floor where we ate breakfast (we brought our own). The location is at the foot of the two climbs up to the lakes. We were driving with bikes to do the cycling and this made it an ideal location. We arranged to arrive between 1300 and 1400, but the reception was deserted. Fortunately a delivery driver turned up and he managed to find some cleaners to check us in. It didn't look like they were expecting us and if we had turned up after the cleaners had finished I'm not sure how we would have checked in. There is a restaurant there, but it was closed for the duration of our stay. There was a small breakfast bar, but that didn't seem much and as it was extra we didn't partake.

It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our host was very kind and drove us to the Bar Ramon for food and drink because it was raining hard and we were on bikes. It was a really good experience - thanks Marcello! Nothing

Good size bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed,hot shower. A really nice hostal. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good quality. Very good value for money. Nothing to dislike.

It's a slightly strange arrangement as the hotel is about 1km out of town, with the other part of it's business - bar casa Ramón - in the centre. Nice room, spotlessly clean, good shower, good breakfast and helpful staff. The bar in town is great, serving tapas and pinchos all day, again with friendly, helpful staff. The area is stunning, with forests and mountains as far as one can see.

Location The noise during the evening and night. Room walls seem to be made of cardboard and you can hear every conversation of your neighbours

Quiet good parking Room a bit hot. No dinner service

Good sized room with a view towards the mountains. Decent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff who were happy for my bicycle to be kept safe inside the hotel overnight. All good.
